Binge or Serial
Binge or Serial

How do you prefer to enjoy your various media entertainments? Whether it be comics, TV, movies with many volumes(Harry Potter, Star Wars) etc., do you prefer to watch them one at a time as they become available(serial), or wait and watch them all at once(binge)?
For me, it's binge. I'd rather wait until the whole thing is available and watch/read/view all at once rather than have to sit and wait between to see what happens next.

Though I am a mixture of both I am going to have to say serial. It's just easier for me with my busy schedule to watch something once a week (I usually have something for each night) than to marathon something.

I'm a bit of both, but that's because I don't keep tabs on what's popular or what's fully released until I start watching.
I start watching it when I feel like it and if it's not completed yet, I keep track of it.

For the most part I binge things. If I watch or read something I like, I want to know what happens next, so I just keep going.

Both. I serial ongoing stuff, binge completed stuff amd stuff still ongoing but I still need to catch up to.
I try to binge, at least. Usually I just get lazy.

I like both, but if I had to pick a side then binge. I love waiting till all out then catching up, but sometimes doesn't work cause friends start talking about latest episodes and I haven't even seen any of the season yet...

Depends on what we are talking about. Since I mainly do manga, anime and cartoons I like to binge it but I do watch on-going animes and read on-going manga each week/month. So if the series is complete or long I binge it all in one go until I get up to date, but I serial shorter I serial while waiting each week/month

Both, but I prefer to binge since I have a limited patience for something to be released when I like it, especially when it has an inconsistent scheduling.

Both. I do serial for some things and wait for other things to finish. For example, Legend of Korra and Magi are things I binge on.

I put binge, but I didn't read the post. I actually watch anime one at a time.

I generally binge, since I just hate HAVING to set aside a certain time to watch something; I know it's odd and I have no idea why, but it's something that just started to irritate me.
Unless it's Doctor Who; I will make the time to watch my favorite Time Lord!

i much prefer watching things in a serial format! i can understand the appeal of binge watching, but i like a series to last more than a few days or weeks that way it feels more routed into my life. if i had binge watched all of Doctor Who or Naruto or other shows that mean a lot to me, i don't think i could consider them such big parts of my life as i like to think they are now.
plus my attention span's hella short, if i try and binge watch i usually get bored after two hours or so, find myself turning off halfway through an episode and coming back to it in a months time not knowing where the hell i was.
Game Of Thrones Season 1 Episode 8, here i come!

Binge pretty much always, only if there is some really good show that i absolutely want to keep up as they come (like Game of Thrones), only then i watch them as they come.

Binge if possible, serial if no other choice. I dont wait on purpose though, i just read whatever is available all at once, and then go serial if necessary, when i run out of material.

Binge is easier to do for me majority of the time, but I also will watch/read things serially when I catch it at the right moment.
