2 weekends in my local hobby shop will be giving away 2 kai playmat this weekend and 2 aichi playmat next weekend for the top 1 Is that how it's going to work where you're at? Where I am, you simply need to order four boxes of set 5 to get the Aichi playmat (a large investment, though). The Kai one, you will have needed to go to the sneak peek event, and have earned it there.

Hey guys,I'm looking for a clan which has the opposite ability as the Paladins.Specifically, retire your opponent's instead of calling my cards. And if I wanted to start a Narukami Deck,Should I buy the Trial Deck first or collect cards from booster packs?

Narukami is more about destruction during combat. I personally think Kagero does a better job of it, but you're free to play whatever you prefer.
Regardless, it's best to buy the trial deck first. If you plan on having a competitive deck, trials give you just about half of what you need.

Niiiiice. Last time I participated in a tournament, it was a team tournament. I won every game I played, but unfortunately, my teammates didn't do as well, so our team didn't rank highly. I don't blame them. They just got unlucky with their draws.

PG's?What's that?Sorry,I'm quite new to the game.Started last month.:3Perfect Guards. Grade 1 units that are always 6000 power, 0 shield, but will let you discard a card to stop any attack as long as it's the same clan as the unit you're guarding.
The new errata is silly though. They now have the keyword "Sentinel", and you're only allowed four Sentinels in a deck... To be fair, the only people this really affects are people who play multiclan (I'm experimenting with some multiclan builds, and someone at the shop I go to plays a multiclan build he's tested and does well with).
Meanwhile, I topped the most recent shop tournament, undefeated, and my opponent and I agreed to split the pack last round instead of playing. Immediately after, I participated in the Stand Up Cup event at that same shop, but unfortunately didn't do as well. I went 3-2 for the Stand Up Cup.

My friend just qualified for the regionals. Undefeated in the Stand Up Cup we participated in today with Tsukuyomi.
The shop he needs to go to for it is the local shop we go to all the time, too, so pretty good: he gets home turf.

I just started playing vanguard. Right now all I have is some neo nectar stuff. I need to figure out if I want to use Behemoth or Maiden of trailing rose as my second grade 3 (Laurel's a shoo in) I kinda don't like Gene...
I'm really waiting for the musketeers...

And it stands up well against even some top decks.
But not right now. It's card pool in the English meta is way too small. And I think it'll be a while until they get all the best cards they have (so far).
So, it'll be very good later.
You can't mix Japanese and English cards for official tournaments for two reasons:
1) Japan has released more sets, some which aren't even available in English yet.
2) Japanese Cardfight!! Vanguard cards are made differently. They're thicker, and the foiling on rares are different.
On another note, I'm dropping this game. I've become rather tired of it's lucksacking nature, as I've lost SO many games I know I should have won.
I realized that the game has very little in the way of skill, once one has a grasp on the basics, the game becomes all about who has the better topdecks.

Lol, once you go over the basic rules, it should be PAINFULLY obvious that this game has ALOT to do with lucksacking, lol. I stilll like playing it though, it's a breath of fresh air from MtG, as almost everyone takes even casual games of Magic way too seriously. Vanguard is a fun game, and my playgroup is fun to play with (which is alot more than I can say about the over-competitive Magic group), so i'll be playing for a while.
Plus the ART for Vanguard is pretty amazing. Art is definitely a factor. Art is always a factor.
Anyways, I'm building Oracle Think Tank now. All I need is a playset of Scarlet Witches (which are $22 a pop >_< )

So much so, that the game isn't about skill anymore. I hate that. I don't mind losing when it truly was a good game, but I lose to super scrubby players for stupid reasons.
And that's the opposite from me, lol. The community for Canguard I play with SUCKS. For some reason, they're the overly-competitive type, over a game that's about topdecking.
The Magic group is the fun-loving kind in my case. Even though they're highly competitive, they like what they like, and build their decks that way. The Vanguard players seem more interested what are the strongest cards, rather than the more fun cards.
Actually not that big of an art guy in card games in general. That said, I do love the Bermuda Triangle stuff and a bunch of the new Genesis stuff for the art.
Lol. Before there was a way to properly build that deck, she was 5 dollars.
