Chrome cast is it worth it?

Hey guys was thinking about getting a chrome cast but I wanna know it it can stream anime video via safari or chrome app? Or is it just the general video apps?

not really worth it, most new smart-TVs have miracast build in, with this you can connect your tablet to the TV and then use it without the cromecast limitations.
or buy a miracast adapter, (basicaly the same as the cromecast, but it supports more apps) (your phone/tablet needs miracast support)
