[align=justify][font=verdana][color=green]Hmm, I wouldn't mind knowing how to make the garlic butter rice... that looks like it would be quite nice to try sometime.

For some reason, I can tell from the looks that the last meal you posted is not spicy enough for my tongue, it would be quite spicy, but not enough to burn my tongue, but looks can be deceiving.Looks nice by the way.
Heat can be deceiving. I love spicy foods and this was burning my tongue.
I think the problem was that I didn't have enough fresh vegetables on hand. And the beef mostly simmered in all the flavors and marinade so it doesn't look bright and red so it doesn't look spicy. But it was so spicy x-x; I guess it's hard to show online.

[color=#ff0080]It was garlic and butter in rice, Sam.

Well some other seasonings too and like a pinch of sugar.

[align=justify][font=verdana][color=green]Lol, I don't know why I thought it'd be much harder than that. I wanted to hear the tales of you getting the milk fresh from the cow.
I'm guessing like salt, pepper and maybe some spices or herbs?

I am the worst picture taker in the world. I could never be one of those fancy food bloggers, lol. Plus, my food doesn't usually turn out that pretty.
Anywho~
Giant Chocolate White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Video Recipe from Youtuber Laura Vitale

Most of the time, I just want to feed you guys through the screen. These cookies are amazing. Crunchy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. And that hint of salt from the walnuts.
So friggin delicious :L~~~
I made a smaller batch and then I made the giant ones. I would recommend the smaller versions if you have the time, unless you are making the giant ice cream sandwiches Laura makes with these. And of course, reduce the oven time by like a minute or so.

Please don't look in my thread for healthy food, cause you're definitely not going to find it. For some reason, I only get passionate about trying out gloriously decadent recipes.
Needless to say, this turned out amazing. There may have been smoke (from some grease burning when the broiler was turned on). But this was a super easy and delicious recipe.
Next up, simple Japanese curry and rice~

I had to go to an Italian grocery to find cannoli shells, so I hope you have an easier time finding them. These are like heaven in your mouth. SO sweet and delicious. I had smaller shells and my limit is definitely one. You won't crave anything sweet for a while after that, lol.

They look amazing but I'll never be able to make them with all the pâtisseries around here. They're just too damn addicting lol.

Japanese Curry with Pork

Other Pictures
Recipe from ochikeron on Youtube

I made it a little thinner this first time. The second time I added a little less water and it turned out less like a stew and more...well, more how I'd expect curry to turn out? I also added edamame and some other veggies. Oh, and I did chicken instead of pork. Both work really nicely though, the pork was sooo tender from cooking.
Super yummy, definitely will become a staple in our house these cold months. <3

Sorry, that's the best I could do with my phone...
I like the strips, I think I wouldn't like cubes really.
And it was just sliced from bone-in pork chops.
