Daily/Weekly Fitness Routine?

Just curious what routines you guys follow. I am just barely getting back into a fitness routine, right now for me it's just 4 miles of running and walking every morning coupled by eating healthy and drinking a lot of water.
Tips, suggestions? What do you guys do, inspire me! :)

I pretty much do 3-4 days of cardio/stretching. Use to do a lot of dancing so I base my work outs around what I know.
- I start off with doing about 80-100 abdominal crunches
- 20-40 leg ups
- 80 butt thrusts
- 20+ push-ups
- 20+ tricep dips (basically you look like a crab and bend down and feel the burn in your triceps)
- try to touch my toes
- right, left and straddle spits
- sitting legs to the sides and try to touch each foot then try to lay flat
- try to stretch out my back and do back ups (you look like your trying to do a superman flying move on the ground lol)
- I add in other various things from time to time, but all of this takes 1 hour to 1.5 hours
I like to do indoor rock climbing and swimming as well when I can.

TLDR version:
I follow Convict Conditioning (progressive calisthenics) and I haven't been to the gym for some time.
I usually rest a minute between sets, though I may rest more than that simply because I feel like it. I use a stopwatch to keep track of my times.

I do 3 to 4 days depending on how tired I am from work.
I have 2 cardio days at least and 1 day of weights. (not sure of the name of some of the workout outs so I call them basically by how you do them lol)
Cardio days I do 4 sets of 15 core exercises. Usually 4 workouts in each set and I switch them, Leg-Ups, side to side, Bicycles, Push Throughs, Reach Up, or V-Ups. Which i just rotate them pending on the day. Then Usually will do a 15 minute cardio, if at gym then use an elliptical and home I use bike. Then I do planks, squats, and rock climbers. Then finish the day with another 15 minutes of cardio.
Put my weight workout in spoil cause sort of long.
My weight days depends on my shoulder. Usually I do this

Damn! I'm impressed! I am going to start doing the gym when I move so probably different sets like that, lots of cardio for sure.
I've never tried weights before so I am curious about starting those as well. :D

If you never did weights don't start off with heavy sets. Do a few days worth with light weights to both get technique and feel of it down. Even when you do get hang of it, stuff like a bench press do first set on low weight low reps. That will help warm up your muscles.
