Dakimakuras anyone?

Thanks, the Rin looks pretty nice. Though I gotta say most of their covers have the same designs. I was hoping to see more variation between the different covers of characters.

Yeah, his art style is consistent, and most of the characters don't vary much in poses and such. And the different types are a straight swap of a few features (be it costume or pregnant/normal.) Even so, his art style appeals to my tastes and the poses usually aren't too bad, so I'd be happy to own a bunch of his work if I had a chance at it. I do own the nude Rin, though. Would have rather had the pregnant + bondage version, but you take what you can get when something is rare. :(

I really like the Aoi they have. She belongs to one of the earlier animes(2002), so I have never seen any covers of her until now.

Nope, according to the blog her release date is supposed to be the end of July; her original order closed at the end of May. With that said, it's only the 7th of August, so it isn't like it has been delayed a long time. :p Things can get delayed from time to time and it's also possible that since that was the date given directly by the circle, they may have to ship the product to the consignment store on top of that, which may add some time to the process. Hopefully it will come sooner than later, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was another week or two before it arrives at SMJ.

Marks has released their teasers for C82. March (so I'm told) and another chick I don't know.



I've wanted a March cover since I first laid eyes on her, so if it looks any good, I'll probably add it near the top of my list. Damn, I was really hoping to get by with just Kimi and Fatalpulse's cover, but I guess that can never happen, can it? :x

On the opposite end of spectrum, being far from slutty, I just picked up a rather tame Morudina cover from Mandrake for 3K. I'm pretty sure that it was one of the bonus items that came with Eiyuu Senki (the others being a small poster and a CD). I missed out on the same cover for the same price earlier this week. So when I saw another go up for the same price, I wasn't about to let it pass. Granted, I am not expecting it to be the best cover or material ever, I just really like Oyari Ashito's work.

Not sure, but I think someone was interested in the Ricotta cover. She's up on YJA for 15/20k, if you were still interested. But I wouldn't be surprised if she gets a web order at some point.

Sample shots for the 3D version of the S2Comix cover are up; I have mixed feelings about it. The bust implant has some noticeable stitching around the edges of the boob and the panties don't that great, frilly as they are. But the little bit of line you see under the panties and the absolutely ridiculous mosaic they used on the other side make me think that the actual work won't be censored. At the very least, it looks like it won't be a Barbie doll censoring job, but I really hope they don't try to add a mosaic to it.

Hmm, yeah I'll be going with the non-3D version then. The stitching around the breasts is horrible, and as expected panties on top of a dakimakura just looks weird x

I'm still half tempted to go with the 3D version, if just to have it on the ass side where it doesn't look as bad (though they didn't really give a shot of the edges) and I actually really like the way the panties are on the back. The ribbon thong look is kinda cool. I had really wanted to receive my Patchy first to see if I wanted to go with the 3D version, but she's still on her way to the US storage facility and I figure at this point I may as well wait for C82 goodies before requesting an order.

Dude, aside from the wrinkles under her boobs, and their odd shape (hoping that it's just the pic and/or the way the inserts are placed), I actually like it.

Yeah that stitching is really bad. 3D boobs can be good if done right. GUNZO can do them good on their merchandise, but those are terrible in that photo.

That Aki cover is amazing! Another cover I'd order if it was available online. She's the best character from Maken-Ki! manga, I really hope it goes online. I'll have to cross my fingers on this one too. She's definitely the one I'd prefer to get over them all.

Can't really make sense of it, but apparently is selling both a cover and a tapestry at the event. The tapestry seems to have a lot of requests, so they apparently ran a lottery for the limited number they have. It looks like they don't actually have the Kimi cover on hand, but instead will be taking orders at the event and then shipping them out within two weeks. But this is just my best understanding of translation their Twitter messages, so I have no idea what the fuck is really going on.

So, no has has Kimi up for sales?
BTW, looks like the first batch of Mark's covers are already up for sale. I hope to grab2 of the covers for less then a 100k , hopefully.

The 4 covers from the same seller have been up since before the event even started. D: Hopefully some other stuff will start popping up soon with some legit pictures, but if not I'll probably place a bid on one of the March covers.

As for Kimi, I think the plan is she'll ship out in 1-2 weeks, but you basically order her now. So it's a essentially a preorder limited to those at Comiket, and probably limited to a certain number there, but I have no idea for sure. I'm tempted to see what their tapestry looks like.

Either way, regardless of what the deal with Kimi is, I think I've secured mine. There was one seller who had two available for a limited period of time (no picture, but he had good feedback) at a reasonable buyout for Anko stuff, so I took the risk.

So... I'm looking to get another "non-bootleg" daki in a couple weeks (to a couple months, depending on my money situation), would anyone be willing to help guide me through buying something off of one of those Japanese sites, like dakemakura.com?
