I haven't ordered from Dakemakura before, but I imagine it wouldn't be too hard to figure it out. Their FAQ says you can e-mail them in english with any questions also. Just link whichever cover it is you're interested (since obviously we can't help you with deciding what art you like) and I or someone else will tell you how to go about getting it.
If it's for the future as you say, bear in mind that most dakimakura have a limited preorder window so what's shown on the blog atm may not be available in future once you have cash. Dakemakura make their dakimakura as orders come in though so their inventory is always available for ordering.

Probably for the same reason none of use have ordered from them yet, either. :P They do have some good works, though I've seen very few that were must buys for me. But it really boils down to them having their entire catalog available practically all the time, so they fall pretty low on the priority scale. All the other stuff we buy is limited, and I'd rather spend the money on it now than risk paying double for it later.

Ah, wasn't bothering with the auction descriptions since what I could gather from Anko was that the cover was sold as a set of some sort and I didn't know what's all in the set. Hopefully they'll all come with the hand towel, doujinshi, post card, and so on.

As far as I understand it, Dakemakura prints to order. So you'd probably have to wait a few weeks before they could ship it out, but at least you'd still be able to order it. As for the pillow, that's a preference choice and a bit of guesswork. 2WT is a stretchy material, so having a pillow that's an inch or two larger than the specifications of the case may actually be a good thing, but you have to hit the sweet spot. You want the pillow to be large enough that it fills out the case without any slack, but you don't want it to be too big so that it stretches out the material past the point it should be stretched. 60" would probably be fine, since it's a ~2 cm past the listed size, but you'd probably even be fine with 61/62".

Ah, okay.
Now, the thing about the website that does the pillows, is that they originally offer pillows in three sizes: 20"x54", 20"x60", and 20"x72". Though you can apparently contact them to get a custom sized pillow... But I don't want to have to go through that hassle (call me lazy. lol. XD), so I wanted to get a daki size that's close to the 20"x60" pillow...

It does seem like you'd have to e-mail them. Their registration is formatted only for japanese address info not international ones (i.e. there's no country field). I'd imagine just e-mail them the links for the covers you want and they'll get back to you asking for address details, stating shipping costs and requesting payment.

Can't really make sense of it, but apparently is selling both a cover and a tapestry at the event. The tapestry seems to have a lot of requests, so they apparently ran a lottery for the limited number they have. It looks like they don't actually have the Kimi cover on hand, but instead will be taking orders at the event and then shipping them out within two weeks. But this is just my best understanding of translation their Twitter messages, so I have no idea what the fuck is really going on. So, no has has Kimi up for sales?
BTW, looks like the first batch of Mark's covers are already up for sale. I hope to grab2 of the covers for less then a 100k , hopefully.
Edit: Saw the twit, lottery for tapestries, ordering for the cover? That sounds like a recipe of incredible price jack ups to me.
The 4 covers from the same seller have been up since before the event even started. D: Hopefully some other stuff will start popping up soon with some legit pictures, but if not I'll probably place a bid on one of the March covers.
As for Kimi, I think the plan is she'll ship out in 1-2 weeks, but you basically order her now. So it's a essentially a preorder limited to those at Comiket, and probably limited to a certain number there, but I have no idea for sure. I'm tempted to see what their tapestry looks like.
Either way, regardless of what the deal with Kimi is, I think I've secured mine. There was one seller who had two available for a limited period of time (no picture, but he had good feedback) at a reasonable buyout for Anko stuff, so I took the risk.
How much did you get yours for? Anyway, I'm seeing 2 sets, one with the doujin and another with a bath towel.
Link to the bath towel? The way I understand it is the cover was sold as a "set", but you didn't get the actual cover yet. Not sure if you got the other goodies at the time of purchase (one auction has a picture which makes it seem like the case), but I could also see them shipping it out at the same time. It looked like the set included a post card, magnet and maybe some other stuff. Anyhow, just doing a quick sweep, there are multiple auctions for the Kimi and it looks like the tapestry is of Miku. Shame there aren't more available because I'd love to have it, but I'm not paying that much for it.

Ah, wasn't bothering with the auction descriptions since what I could gather from Anko was that the cover was sold as a set of some sort and I didn't know what's all in the set. Hopefully they'll all come with the hand towel, doujinshi, post card, and so on.
Hmmm, yah, I'm targetting at least 2 Kimi's hopefully I don't have to pay 34k yen each.>_>

I also threw down 28k for 2 of the ricotta covers from shino ayame. waiting for SMJ to process though.>_>
