Which two did you buy? :D
And I'm sure that's how it goes for most of us, except for the responsible people like Bluray. >_>

I'm flattered. Except, you've already corrupted me beyond reason lol.
Granted, I don't know how many of you guys live on your own, but when you're paying for rent and shit, it's sort of suicidal to buy too much stuff.

I did for a while (like a month and a half) sleep with 3 body pillows, and I'm using a fullsize mattress. After a while though, I wanted a little more space, so I put one away. 2 is perfect actually. You can sleep with one in each arm. I do have a queen back at my old place, but then again, I don't dare use daki when living with my folks lol.
It may have been mentioned before, but if you're living in the states, you can get a pillow from royalpillow.com
I got all 3 of my pillows from them, and you can even do a custom order and choose what size you want. As for the type, I highly recommend using their cluster fiber filling. It's better than the standard and it's got a good amount of volume.
Now then. Have any of you guys/gals measured your 160x50cm daki. I find that in many cases, even if advertised as 160cm long, it tends to actually be longer than stated. I remember buying a pillow with exact specifications for a 160x50cm dakimakura, and it ended up being too small.
http://royalpillow.com/body-pillows.asp
on that page, would I want to custom order a specific size or do one of those sizes work? I wouldn't want to order the wrong size. Thanks!

If you have a 150x50cm dakimakura, the 20x60 inch body pillow will fit it well. But if you have a 160x50cm dakimakura, you should call them and get a custom size. The right size would be 63x20 inches, but I found that many of the dakimakura I have are usually a tad bit longer than 160cm. So I suggest you order a 65x20inch pillow or even a 68x20 inch pillow. (I ordered a 68inch pillow and it's awesome) It never hurts to have a pillow that's just a little too large because that way you know you can fill the dakimakura all the way. Also, make sure to get cluster fiber. The durasoft stuff they have isn't bad, but cluster fiber is way better.

EMS cost me like 3k Yen a pillow.
I have no regrets because the pillows are of extremely high quality.
And you don't use your Dakis with your folks around?
I live with My Grandmother and Maid, and, I just use them like a normal perverted otaku, and my maid washes and irons my goods. And I've have friends coming to my room all the time.

hahah, There is really only one Dakimakura left that I want to get, but it is far too expensive.
It's this one: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ar-Tonelico-Cocona-official-pillow-case-nagi-S-E-C-NEW-/250944188735?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3a6d70713f

I saw Cocona and Jacqli sold as a set by 2 sellers at YJA for below 10k. You should browse there every few days to see if you get lucky.

Heh, I wonder if that's because of your location. I know you've said you're not in the US, but I'm not sure where you are. I ordered one Cospa pillow before, during one of AmiAmi's half off shipping promotion and it still cost me about 3500 yen to ship a pillow and 3 covers.
I'd like to try one of the A&J pillows eventually, if I could get past the ridiculous shipping. But the Cospa cover was hardly worth the expensive price tag it came with, before factoring in the shipping.

Well, the 3k was from a offer back then.
But I brought just one in for 4.5k and 2 for 7.8k(For a friend and myself)
The A and J pillows are nice, and the ability to top up and change the filling makes it even better. The Dream Master pillow from brocolli is the best though, but I never bought that due to having only a size of 150 x50cm.

Ah, makes sense. Anyhow, when I do finally order some new pillows, I'll probably order from Royalpillow and go for quantity over "quality". BluRay swears that the quality is good, and if I can get 10 pillows for about the price of 2, why not?

Oh btw guys, do I need to iron the dakimakura? (Sorry for this stupid question, I just want to confirm.)

Oh btw guys, do I need to iron the dakimakura? (Sorry for this stupid question, I just want to confirm.)I would steer clear from ironing. Some materials are highly susceptible to the intense heat from an iron. If you aren't careful you may end up burning your cover. It is best to air fluff, invest in a low-end steam cleaner/wrinkle releaser, or buy some of that Downy spray-on wrinkle releaser.
Personally, I don't mind the crease marks too much. If you have it over a pillow they should disappear over time.

Actually most Dakimakuras can be safely ironed at low temperature.
Sk Suedes also happen to be have one of the most stubborn creases that doesn't fade over time.
Thats why this material is pretty much obsolete since it's so stiff and uncomfortable.
