Noreal has always been awesome, their freebies have been very nice, but this one takes the cake a 150cm x150cm Microfiber cloth.I'm not really into loli stuff, but the art is so awesome, I'll probably place an order for 2.

I've just sent COMEX an email to see if they will add Canada to the list of countries because they have the United States, but no Canada which means as of now, I'm out of luck. :(

Hmm, was probably going to pass on that Noreal cover, but that is indeed an awesome bonus. Might have to double check when it's shipping (and when I'll have to pay) to see if I can fit in it. If I do, probably fully nude with juice for me.

Comex doesn't have much I like at the moment, though they did have one cover on BonCool I was considering. Even so, it's awesome and I hope more and more circles decide to take an internationally minded approach to their websites. I think Evening Call has been the greatest victory so far, but I'd love to see other prominent circles offering international options somewhere down the line.

So amped! Less than a month until Evening Call ships out the 4 covers I ordered direct. Shit nearly put me in the red in regards to funds. I'm slowly, but surely climbing back up into the padded safety zone. :)

This Naruko looks really good. I'm not sure if I'll end up giving her an order, but I'm really thinking about it. Unfortunately the Sena didn't do much for me, if only she was as good as Naruko.

Yeah, the art style they chose for the Sena was really strange. Something about her just feels really off.

Man, the anticipation of waiting for my SMJ order is killing me. I put the request in Sunday morning, and the items were switched to shipped on Tuesday, but I haven't gotten a tracking number yet. Usually they send the number/bill me the night before the package arrives. Would be nice to get it tomorrow, but I hope I get it by Saturday at least.

Eh.. they bill you after having shipped it? oO Doesn't that leave them open to people not paying at all then (though they know where you live I guess :p). Or is that because your deposit with them is higher than the shipping costs anyway?

The Anaru looks great, really captures the anime style of her, but my enthusiasm for AnoHana has faded now so I will probably pass ;(

Yeah, they usually bill me the day after they've shipped it from what I can gather. It's not that big of a deal when you consider they don't bill me for purchases until they receive the item in Japan. It's definitely the best thing about SMJ for us Americans; I doubt I'd buy nearly as much as I do if I didn't have roughly the 3 week payment window (~1-5 days for them to get it in Japan and then 2 weeks to pay.)

I do have a credit card deposit on file, which I guess is a lot less secure than a standard deposit, but they won't charge you without your permission unless you're a few cycles (2 weeks) late.

My average shipping costs can get pretty expensive though. D: For domestic priority mail (1-4 days shipping time in the US) I've had it cost as much as $100 and it's usually between $50-70. All the insurance required is killing me. :P

I love that SMJ doesn't wait for immediate payment to ship out your goods like other services do.
Shashin, have you (or anyone else here) ever been guaranteed a delivery date through SMJ (via USPS) and it did not meet the guaranteed date? I paid $30 for my last shipment and it was supposed to arrive Saturday, but instead arrived Monday.

Nah, USPS doesn't offer guarantees unless you go for express, which is absurdly expensive. If you went express, then you could try contacting SMJ/USPS with the tracking number, as there should be a guarantee. If you went Priority or some other service, it's all just estimates.

Yup, it was Express. I'll go back to SMJ and see what they can do. However, when I first asked, they said that I had to speak with USPS. USPS told me that the sender can file a claim. So we'll see if they are willing to do so.

Also, I need to come up on some money so I can get back into the game. I haven't purchased a cover in a while now...probably close to a month. Damn, its sad that after several straight months of buying and hoarding, that one month without can feel like an eternity. :(

Yeah, it's on SMJ to file a complaint, but if it was Express (and the date they gave you was the Saturday), then SMJ should be able to get a refund with USPS. They finally sent me an email with the tracking number and I should be getting some goodies today.

I'm definitely in the same boat. I haven't really done much since my Marks order but there are so many covers that I want to pick up. A lot from Evening Call, a couple from B&WStore, and a whole bunch of other miscellaneous covers that are popping up on the blog.



Doing a direct comparison of the roika Ankokoubou used this time around and the P80 2WT (I assume the roika is P80 as well, but it is different than roika they've used in previous covers), I'd honestly say that the roika is the better material short of the wrinkling.

The wrinkling sucks, but if it could be ironed out it isn't more than a minor pain in the ass. Their 2WT doesn't have any wrinkling though, the way 2WT should be.

The feel of the material is largely a matter of choice. P80 2WT does have the fairly rich feel to it, and the roika doesn't feel as good as other roika materials, but it doesn't feel bad.

However, the roika wins out in terms of looks; P80 2WT has always had that grainy look to it, and this case is no different. The coloring on the roika is also far better than the coloring on the 2WT.

Thanks. Slowly opening stuff now; did the IS Anko covers first, then the IG cover, and then one of the Evil Woman Executive covers. Unfortunately, though I should have seen it coming since I'm always bitching about "company" covers, but the Evil Woman Executive cover is lazy censored; nothing but a vast plain of smooth where the should be something. It's a real disappointment considering the rest of the cover is great.

LOL, I can see why you dislike Clochette covers in general, since they have a smooth plain at the nether regions as well for all their covers.

Anyway, you have a couple of No real covers right? Do you happen to know what kind of Roicot and Tricot they are using. Because I'm gonna place an order for 2 covers and was wondering if I should go 1 2WR and 2WT or 2WT, because I'm using one for sleep and another for collection. But if their material color wise have not much difference unlike P80, I would opt for both 2 2WTs.
