A few times a weekI have to be sure that im always in good enough shape to:
- Fight off 7 evil ex's
- Outrun angry customers/defeat them in battle
- Become the Batman
etc etc...
You get a rep point for reminding me to see that movie again before they stop showing it. lol

I'm trying to join the military, so I have to burn off about a year's worth of fat from sitting behind the computer for work everyday. Also, I figured in event of the inevitable zombie apocalypse, it would be worth while to be in shape.
Which branch and rate/MOS? The requirements for joining any are not too picky, unless you're trying to go SEAL, Diver, Pararescue, or some other special program. Thats what boot camp is for, to get you into shape and set you up with the skills you need to operate in the military environment productivly.
And on the forum topic, I exercise nearly daily, 5 mile run and calisthenics. By "nearly daily" I mean every day that my running buddy doesn't weasel out of the days run, in which case I lose my motivation and sit on my ass for the day.

gonna join the air force eventually so that'll get me in shape, I'm just a tall skinny guy right now

I do Karate about 2-4 times a week. I think it's important to keep SOME health but I don't make it my entire life like some people do. I guess I just like to stay well-rounded.

Only a dumbass works out everyday. If you don't have any downtime you'll never repair burned muscles. cardio > rest > weights > rest only stop the pattern if you hurt yourself. Pain killers are a crappy substitute for real healing.
keep it simple stupid.

I recently started doing some weight lifting, bicycle crunches, push ups, and running a mile. I do that at least 1 time a week, I wish it could be more but school takes up all my time.

When the electricity goes out...I punch the wall...But that doesn't really count as exercise now does it

I'm underweight, so I never need to work out, and actually make an attempt not to eat healthily to gain weight.
I'm pretty active when I go out, though, so I'm not constantly losing muscle mass or anything.

My apartment complex has gym and swimming pool so when I'm not really doing anything I can go for some exercise.
Besides if I want to watch the world burn, I got to get up and light some matches.

I usually get exercise 3 or 4 times a week, excluding walking to work (about 1.5 miles per day).
Biking, skating, sometimes running.

3-4 times a week at the gym, lifting weights and doing core excercises. Hate cardio with a passion. Also try to play football (or soccer, to the americans) once a week.
