Only go outside if I have to, but I do take the bike so maybe that counts as exercise... maybe my work too...

I have no choice but train every day because of spinal disc herniation. I was't paying any attention towards the pain in spin for last couple of years, cause I was attending a gym in my university 2-3 times a week, for 3 years, thought that was nothing dangerous.
But this year's sring my left leg became paralyzed because of it, and it took me 2 month of intense theraphy to recover. Since then I go to the pool 4 times a week, and 4 times - Tai Chi Chuan lessons. I never liked swimming but now I really enjoy it - it's feels good and calms down the pain in my spin.

Whenever i can, sadly.
It's hard to find the time when i can do it.
Gotta make a schedule and start doing exercise regularly because i really need it considering my current condition atm.

i go to the gym and do weight training 4 times a week, and the days i don't go i usually do a decent amount of walking for exercise.

Sadly I dont go out unless I need to but I do try to run 500 metres everyday gasping and wheezing to the convenience store to buy some Milk!
Also if I watch a Rocky film then i'll embarrass myself by shadow boxing like a complete amateur for 30 seconds then do 5 pressups (Trying for the 10) before giving up and rolling back into bed.
I do like to dance like a crazy fool too even though it makes my heart beat I wouldnt consider it exercise. (Its fun though) :D

I used to play taekwando but I quit because I'm too lazy to continue training. I usually don't exercise but I do brisk walking though.

I practice kendo twice a week and do gymnastics once a week..
And for some reason.. I'm in a great shape.
Oh and ofcourse I sometimes (a few times a year) I suddenly feel the urge to work out. which.. I then only do for a few days..

I did the hard work already to lose weight, now at 6'3" and 196 lbs I'm only concerned about keeping that way.
