I have a Muay Thai Heavy Bag at my place, and some basic weights. I rarely lift the weights though, or go to a gym. Most of what I do consists of bag work, conditioning my shins, and sparring. Right now I am more concerned about getting my kicks to go faster and harder.... and I suppose higher as well (depending on the kick) Right now trying to do head-level leading foot axe kicks, but they are challenging. As for almost all my other kicks, I can kick at least 7 feet in the air, so height is no longer as much a concern as just speed and force. I occasionally go to the gym and use the machines for the legs, but most of them don't have enough weight to make them worthwhile. Of course, my arms could definitely use some improvement, but I shamefully cannot get into throwing punches like I can kicks. Just not as satisfying....

Mmm...I just do some punching, pushups, basic weights(really light 5kg ones), buddha claps and pullups whenever I find a pullup bar (When I can, a minimum of 15 and a max of 21-23. I love bar exercises) I also do some rockclimbing~
Oh, and exercising my stomach muscles by doing legs raises on the pullup bar, or 90 degree pullups~ I'm (trying to)keep in shape cause I don't wanna grow flabby and abit fat when I'm older like my bros and dad, plus my girlfriend likes whatever muscles(or abs)I have.
Plus, it feels really good to look decent in the mirror hahahas...cause I don't have a very handsome face or a particularly great personality,so I felt like needed something to compensate in my opinion~
Tho practising punching is more of a training for future possibilities in having to defend myself.

I like the idea of being fit, but I just can't bring myself to actually exercise. Whenever I feel like exercising it is immediately followed by, "Remember that game you were playing? Why not complete it?" Damn you scumbag brain.

Yes. I used to exercise a lot at home, but had to stop when I was diagnosed with cancer.
Now I'm getting back to my old routine. Still not there yet but getting back to my older self.

i used to go to a fitness center with my friend. stop going because i got a treadmill. other than a treadmill most of the machines in the fitness center aren't really necessary to be "Fit".
