College, Work, and Fapping to Hentai is already a workout in itself! lol But it's good to have a sport to play as well, while I enjoy sitting in-front of a computer screen, I'm lucky to have several sports to play. xD

you all need to get to the gym and start lifting some weights =P it's really fun believe or not
as wonderful as our 2D women are, them 3D sugary walls that our mushroom tip feels like a totally new experience. Working out, doing em Clean and jerks, squats, deadlift or whatever the FUCK you want to do, is going to get you some gains and it'll change your social life.

I do, two or three times a week, at home. One doesn't really need machinery to stay in shape, so I'm so not into going to a gym. Pilates and yoga outside the house (not very often tho, I can do these at home), and also counting that I work my ass out transporting myself without a car.

Do I exercise? Yes 3 days a week every week improving my 2 mile time to less than 14 minutes currently about 1538 average. Sit ups around 60 in 2 minutes now about 21 at non stop.(I suck at sit ups) Finally 71 Push ups in two minutes right now around 45. All which happens with my 2 SSG at which ever Army recruiting station they decide along with all the other Future Soldiers in the area.
I just got back from a 3 mile run up and down a hill didn't finish it though tripped and fell after the person in front of me dropped out line looking back to motivate him (we all have to) I went head first (naturally on a incline) on rocky ground. Having to run all the way up the hill to catch up the first person. (They place the slow people first that way we are less likely to slow down except the first which is a SSG) They put me there because I showed signs of heat stroke last time because of lack of water. For everyone that knows a little bit about running stopping then running again takes a whole lot more energy compared to continuous motion. I was sweating buckets 3/4 up the hill plus a rapid intake of water trying to catch up equals an exhausted trainee with stomach pains. We were timed so more time = more "fun" compared to self selection where its just me having "fun".
Sorry if I made it longer than it has to, but I thought it was funny thing that happened to me at PT today.

I am not that fond of exercising, but I do brisk walking when I go outside, usually when I go to school. Does that count?

I run (I'm a distance runner, more specifically). You'd be surprised how good of shape that alone will get you in.

[color=red]Nope, I prefer actual sports like volleyball and indoor soccer.
I don't like the atmosphere in fitness center and weight-lifting is not my thing.

After finishing Emi's arc of Katawa Shoujo, I felt the overwhelming need to run for a mile each day. I actually did get used to it after the third day, and by the end of the first week it was much more natural. It seems Emi told the truth!
Sadly, I've been quite the slacker in going back to running that mile each day, but at least it seems like my body is used to doing such now when I do go to do so.
