Yeah, started to weight lift at my gym to build muscle when i was 16 cause i was to skinny. Got taller when i started BBall and some muscle with abs after i increase my protein intake. Getting muscle aint easy though but being strong is awesome.

Well, 'at home' isn't completely right, but I'm trying to get back into the habit of a light workout inside. Normally I make sure to get at least 3 miles of walking (in San Francisco that includes at least one hill that's nearly vertical) if not 5 or 6 miles in a day, normally after a small sugary snack and before a full blown meal.

NONE OF THE ABOVE! I exercise at work. (And if you don't think that is possible, I dump about sixteen tons of chicken a day...)

i consider fapping exercise :), but seriously i workout at home and do a lot of sparring with my little brother.

I'm currently living off of a court settlement and have just recovered from a broken rib, so I'm managing about 20 hours a week in the gym. After the injury I must've lost about 20lbs, trying to get that back.

I'm getting ready to start. I haven't had a consistent workout in several months but I do a lot of physical labor at work and I'm usually exhausted afterwards. This next week is gonna suck with work, exercising, and little sleep.

i exercise when i have the time. mostly in between school and life i have little time to workout. i however started dieting awhile back and dropped alt of weight so im kinda satified with my weight. it always can be better though.

Just the regural sit-ups, and push-ups every morning and evening, and if I feel like it and have time, something else.
