I would if I had a motivation plan. The motivation to do excercise daily, needs to be very important.

Yeah, I do exercise when I can afford it. Mind you, my job is very physical based so a get a little here and there.

I do it at home. and surprisingly, not in some half-assed manner.
When I was in high school I used to do Track. Since then I pretty much have been inert. I'm almost 30 now. I had a bad run in with low blood pressure and being sent to the hospital last year. Because of that, as of February of this year, I've made an account on Fitocracy (feel free to friend me, i'm "devilsummoner"), read the book "You Are Your Own Gym" by Mark Lauren, and follow its workout routines (all bodyweight exercises that don't require going to a gym) in a disciplined manner. When I workout, I listen to anisong on my iphone and imagine my 2d wives and imouto are cheering me on (my favorite is Ai No Yokan from Kaminomi II. serious). I still don't like going outside, i still don't like playing sports, but now i'm level 16 in Fitocracy, as well as being in probably the best shape of my life. Its been approximately 30 weeks since i've started "You Are Your Own Gym" (first BASIC, and now looping through 1st Class difficulty); with this routine i work out approximately less than 2 hours a week. It should be about the same for anyone else. In the last 2 months, i've started to see my abs peeking out from my usual fat. its pretty amazing stuff.
Forcing yourself to be in good shape requires a shit ton of self discipline that you teach yourself along the way; in addition, I now believe it doesn't require a ton of time. You can still be an otaku and be in good shape if you're willing to try and not give up.
Anyway, I recommend "You Are Your Own Gym" by Mark Lauren and probably making a Fitocracy account (cuz its kind of like a game) for any fellow otaku who want to stick it to the riajuu like i think i am.
please forgive my somewhat self righteous attitude. i kind of feel like i have to make as many comrade otaku into riajuu ass kicking machines as possible.

I used to exercise very often, but since a web site like FAKKU exists I rarely work out now hahhah!

Yes I do! 40 minutes of straight cardio four days a week, usually extreme running on my elliptical, and then sometimes at night I'll lift a weight or two! :)
(Although I guess I took it all too hard, I should learn to balance my diet to match the amount of exercising I do, I just got out of the hospital for that...)
