First, you can't wear headphones in the shower. I've tried. And baths. I like taking long sowers, but since theres no water in california I take baths so I can stay in the water and read my books.

I know and appreciate how showers are quicker and save more clean water. But truthfully I'd much rather take a long soothing bath at night and just leave the showers for a wake up call in the morning on the way to work or school. (Unless I'm not alone and in a very acive relationship with a lady, then all bets are off ;D ). That being said (and I say this with all due respect) taking into acounts from what I could only judge from the media. I stil don't see how they can be so emotionally closed off from one another (friends, family, lovers, etc.) but then trust strangers so implicitely in a public bath setting to not sexually assault one them. That also being said; I do envy how family or even workmates will wash each other's back while completely or mostly nude and not intentionally make each other uncomfortable.

Showers are going to be my choice. They are better for getting you clean and there are lots of fun things to do in the shower with a lover.
That being said, baths are good for relaxing and for therapeutic uses. Also, there may be some fun things to do in the bath with a lover if you can find a big enough tub for it.

Like a few others have mentioned, it depends on purpose. For cleaning, shower. For relaxation, bath. I had to answer bath for this though, as who doesn't like relaxation?

I think it's because its private for us in the West for my experience.
I mean I'll wash my mom or sisters back without a second thought. I can walk around my house pretty much naked or atleast with bra and undies and no one would bat an eye. (No males here of course )
But that's just how I was raised.
Other families freak out when I say this sometimes. Like a guy I know won't walk around his home without a shirt on because his parents are there. To me that's weird. Lol
2. I'd be uncomfy with strangers - even other women. I had to take showers for gym (swimming) in highschool and had my boobs grabbed by some other girl. It sent a chill down my spine. I didn't know her well. We had just met but that just went over my personal space threshold.
So with men ?! Nahhh I'd die of embarrassment first or be paranoid id be assaulted. Lol
