Subs or dubs?

I don't have a preference, and I like watching both. Lately, I've been watching more subs as they're series that are currently airing, and/or have no chance of ever being released in the US. ^^;

Definetely subs. i can feel the original intention of the creators in the voice... be it hentai or anime...
there are maybe only few dubs that i can stand watching...

I like Raws, but Subs are much better then Dubs. Maybe it's because I am a native speaker, but dubs just sound horrendously off to me for some reason, regardless of the voice actor.

Subs, sounds more natural and after watching a few dubs I notice that the same voice actors are used not only in one country but a few others keep using same VAs

Subs, even when the japanese voice sucks, dub cant get any better than that... God Dub for hentai causes internal bleeding in my ears and punctured lungs from laugh too hard

For me, when i first watched anime like yuyu hakusho & full metal alchemist dubbed then watched the subbed i preferred the dubbed since i already had the characters' personality/image inside my head and it felt natural to me for their voices to sound that way. However, not every anime/hentai dubbing fits the character. For instance check out NetFlix's anime section & their all dubs that soo do not suit the anime, my most painful dub experience was naruto. Anywho, don't be afraid to compare the dub vs. the sub you never know what you'll find.

subs are the best 'cause you can listen to the original voices and you still understand what they say. Japanese language is sooooo fuckin' cool!

How sad. The poll alone shows how little respect the american VAs get, especially the good hard working ones.
I bet the majority of people who watch only subs don't even buy the damn dvds when they come out.

I cry for Mexico.

Actually depends, Subs can give better representation of what they're saying while maintaining the life it brings to the anime, dubs however, are more elaborate, giving much more explanation to the story than actually showing the intended emotion, take Clannad for example.

Honestly I choose both cause you got many benefits here. You watch anime with subs so you watch the Japanese original and you can learn Japanese out of it. And in dub at least you can watch any anime in English. Thanks to that though my mom started to watch animes again. Yes some dubs are treacherous but not every one of them. Anime Subbed or Dubbed rulz

Both, although most dubs I watch are early ones (Dragon Ball, Saint Seiya, etc), anime spanish dubs are rarer nowadays.
So most of the time I'm watching subs.
