Do you sleep with lights on or off???

Yeah almost always sleep with them off. Unless I happen to be reading and just fall asleep without thinking.

I use a nightlite when i'm travelling, just cause normally my room has a street light right outside so its bright at night, so im ussed to sleeping in dim light.

I usually turn them on since I need to wake up early, but I when I turn them off, my knife and pistol is always on my right side of the bed, just in case.

I sleep with them off, but i leave my TV on. It comforts me for some reason.Same hear man. Makes the random noises at night less noticeable. It's not that I think someone out to get me I just have a over active imagination. And it's not fluffy bunnies I think about. Hahaha.

I like the noise and the light too. I make it just low enough to hear mumbling.
It just soothes me to sleep

I can't sleep with the lights on, unless I'm overly tired. Even then, I won't sleep for long.
Lights off or nada.
Some light in the room does help a bit though.

I used to sleep with the light on when I was a kid
But since I entered ROTC and required to sleep with the lights turned off every 10pm, I got used to it. There came my habit of not feeling sleepy while the lights are still on.
