I keep things like my computer and fan on. So there is always a little bit of light in my room. But for the most part I like it pitch black.

For the most part off, electricity is not cheap. Sometimes I leave them on when I'm too damn tired to walk five feet to the wall and turn them off (it happens).

I turn off the lights, but keep a dim-light with one of those lamp for sleeping. This way I won't bump into anything on the way to the bathroom.

I leave the lights off but my fortress lights on. Christmas lights behind blue bed sheet make stars in the sky and it's nice.

Depends on how I feel that night and if someone's with me. Most of the time I'll normally have a night light in the corner of the room. It's not so much because I'm scared of the dark, but rather so you can see when you get out of bed (Pitch black = running into shit). Also helps if I have a night terror.

I really don't care if they're on or off, makes no difference to me, but the lights are usually off. Force of habit.

I sleep with lights off. I really cannot fall asleep if their is a light on. Sometimes computer is on, but i lower the brightness to the lowest setting since I use this as my alarm clock.

I can sleep with both, but I sleep with the light off. Though tbh I would prefer to have a small light lit candle when I sleep but 1. I'm scared it will catch fire 2. if I use other means I feel like I'm wasting electricity so I sleep in completely darkness.

Off, but if i am really tired and sleepy i will fall a sleep regardless whether they are on or off.
