Easy Stress Relief ideas?

What are some easy things you do to relieve stress? I usually masturbate for about 4 minutes but there are times when I can't do that. Snacking on Jello doesn't actually help either (despite how much I like it) and I don't want to get drunk on a regular basis after I get home from work.
(The job itself isn't bad and my co-workers are now friends of mine,but it's the manager(s) that give me a hard time and that seems to be a reccuring theme in my life.)
So what do you do when you need to just take a few minutes and calm down?

Watch tv, read manga, herbal essence, Coffee/tea(unlike most people caffeine doesn't make me hype or wake.) Drink, fuck, or beat koreans in SF or blazblue.

There is a nice trail between my work and my building. And I walk it, weather permitting. That's a calmon experience.

Music. Calming music -- or whatever type you're into -- is always a go-to thing if one wishes to relieve stress. Separate yourself from other people or things that will cause you stress, or better yet, take a break from that thing that is causing the stress to linger.
--Or you could take the easy route and masturbate for an extended amount of time, longer than four minutes.

Where i work (soon to leave as i got a new job), there store manager is dick/arsehole and no-one likes him, the they i deal with the crap is i simple talk with people from work, there are few from work that i get on well with and we just let weverything out to each other as everyone from work know how he is. There also some people that i will not tell anything as it will make it way round to dick of a manager.
Also time alone, a few hours to myself just doing what i want
