When christmas shopping friday before i went to see my dying grandfather(2am yesterday he died.)and i bought some shit plus a new phone. They rang it up and asked if i wanted 2yr extended warranties for:
Now i understand why getting a warranty one electronics because the manufacture's shit and doesn't covered damage past there own fault and you breaking the fucker, but WHY WOULD I PAY FOR A DVD OR GAMES WARRANTY? If the shit breaks with in 90-120 days then it's free. Headphones are debatable.
Only reason i got it on the console and brewer is because that shit would last pass 90 days anyways and don't wanna be screwed. I already pay insurance on the phone plan anyways. My laptop has a 3 yr plan because i don't wanta pay to fix this shit. 79$ usn't that bad.
- K-cup brewer $4
Phone $5
Two vita games $8
2 xbones $30/3yrs
DVD A FUCKING BUCK
and headphones $5

The games and movies I say aren't worth it.... honestly that's just stupid. The headphones are debatable since some only cover for certain things. My mom bought beat headphones at walmart on black Friday and paid the warranty, but if something breaks like the top cracking in half which is apparently common.... apparently they won't cover it (what she says at least idk since idc).
I've never really liked warranties myself since they do jack shit for you, some only cover certain things, or they expire just after your item breaks down. I do get them on my more expensive electronic appliances. Had an issue with my Iphone 4s when I first got it and they gave me a new one.
Though getting free warranty on your tires is pretty sweet. Was able to finagle that a year back and got them fixed free of charge (OO)b

Cheap things don't need warranties. Expensive things, though... always buy the warranty. If something goes wrong, you'll be happy you did.

[color=#ff69b4]One had gotten warranties on one or two games, but only because I knew i was going to be playing them a lot and logging about 100+ hours in about one and half weeks and I didn't feel like buying a new one if my 360 ended up eating them.
Pretty sure they give me like a 2 year one for about $10.

In my view, you've done everything right except for putting a warranty on the vita games. I've never had an issue with a vita game since they are no longer made on a disc.
But I mostly put a warranty on anything that worth 100+ dollars. Mostly electronically stuff that are pretty important to me or will still be considered as modern technology 3 years from now.
But i do wonder if putting insurance on mail is worth it.....

Major stuff like computers, consoles, tvs, ect.... I think always best to buy a year or two warrenty for it because those can be beyond your control when it comes to it breaking. A part may all a sudden fail, but with games and movies I mean if you just take care of those they really won't break. My whole Life so far I yet to see my dvd or cds or games break randomly like my tv, computer, or console.

If you're buying for yourself, and you are careful, warranties usually are pointless in my opinion. Consoles and computers and things, I usually have last well after 4+ years, so a 2 year or 3 year warranty doesn't really help me. If you are buying things like handheld consoles for someone else/a kid, they are a good thing, because kids always break them. If something goes wrong with a product that is a manufacture problem, some companies usually cover that, so the warranty isn't needed.
All in all, if you are protective/careful of your stuff, you don't need them, if you break stuff often, then yes. Games are almost always never worth it though. Headphones would depend on the price of the headphone. 4 bucks for 20 dollar headphones is hard to make a case for, but if it was that price for 100 dollar headphones, it's different.

I wouldn't bought it on the vita anyways. Also the post office do lose and break your stuff. Only once for me in 32 years but if i didn't have the insurance i would of lost 'American psycho: the novel' overseas. Fedex/UPS breaks or lose 1 package for every 10,000.

More often than not, you don't want to put warranties on things That are not entirely valuable and used on occasion. Appliances and devices are usually the ones to buy extended warranties for but even then, it becomes dependable because you might just want to replace them instead of repairing them. A phone, depending on how much you use it, is worth it as is the coffee brewer. Headphones, not so much depending on the set,

Yes because the more expensive it is, the more you'll want a warranty incase something happens
