FAKKU meet ups?

I'm curious if anyone from fakku ever meets up in real life? or if you would want to?

This has probably been addressed in the past but I couldn't find the thread so I just made a new one.

I think it'd be interesting to meet fellow fakku members but I know of nobody in my state, who lives near me that even watches anime let alone goes on fakku.

We are scattered pretty good in the whole planet, i guess if you can gather enough people locally its possible.

Some people go to conventions and things like that, Jacob from FAKKU! goes every now and then to promote his website. I guess that is a good place to aim to meet other people from here.

It can/had happen(ed) but work, life, location and finances can make it tough to do meet ups. Still determined to meet a few friends on here irl at some point personally.

[color=#993300]Well you'd be surprised to how closely some users live together I'm looking at the user above and below me. All in all, its not to hard for these to happen. I found a random user at a convention recently

[color=#ff69b4]I ended up meeting up with someone from fakku, and going to a con with her a few months back, it was really fun, and we both had a amazing time.

I think it would be pretty cool to meet up, but I don't know anyone who uses fakku in my state either.

I have. Three different users, two of them several times. It's fun.

I have never done a meetup but there WAS a Fakku booth at FanimeCon in San Jose in the past.

I would not be opposed to meeting up with some Bay Area Fakku-goers

I hope to eventually. There are lots of cool users and it'd be fun to hang out with them.

I briefly saw someone at a con here in Colorado a few months ago, but I never saw her again during the con. I'm going to NDK 2014 next month. I'll be sportin' my FAKKU hat as usual.

I'd like to meet some of you all, for sure. I'll be sure to start off with the traditional doujin fan question:

"So... what're your tags?"

I've met a total of... 5 Fakku users in person. I knew a handful of others that live in my area but never met them. I don't really have any interest in meeting additional people I meet on the internet though.

Hopefully I can meet up with loner and maeve sometime next year.

I've only talked with Jacob and the staff at the booths and panels. I'd like to meet other users but I would probably only try to meet at cons.

I have touched butts with a certain user on this site. And played Ground Zeroes with another.

I have met with two. It was pre-good.

Would get drunk with again, then drive out to dubbo the next morning (read; a few hours later) still a little seedy.

Will aim to do it again next time I'm up (Minus the 11 hour drive), which might be a little way away, but hoping to head up again.
