Thanks, i almost used white, but i didnt want to the skull to be to distracting and if it was white it would be the only thing u would look at, right?

Btw, I'm wondering if people really do daily sketch. Me just usually 4 in a week, and almost all of them are fail...

Awesome sketch Zombie, so gruesome and badass. Also tkh, no way, your sketches don't fail man, they rock. I wish I could even get close to the level you guys are on. Also I sketch 4-5 times a day sometime up to 10 but as you know from my skill level, they all suck. These are my sketches for the day:

Just a suggestion, maybe you should concentrate more on your "most loved sketch/concept". Don't think about time of doing that. Actually i got all of my art done in a loooong time. One art can consume more than 8 hours or more. But i love how the process.
Different time used if it was for manga purpose of course.

Hint: It is weird, but you can play sudoku intensely can improve the concentration 0_0...

Hmm I do a lot of quick sketches because back then I would try to sketch something for 4-7 hours and I end u with nothing. With this if there's something I like from the sketch I might decide to redo it. My average time in completing works are around 5-7 hours. Anyway this is my current progress on the gray scale rendering.
I find it weird but the more tired I am, the more easier it is to think up of concepts, and the more I concentrate lol, although I should try Sudoku.
P.S. if you guys have linearts that I can practice coloring on, is it possile for you to post them so I can practice?

tkhnoman I think your really good at sketches ^_^ make a lineart of that page yea.
MRG Its a start, my work sometimes looks like that when i first begin, after you have done your sketches, look at them again, pic the one you like the most, then do another layer sketch but this time try put in more detail (it shouldnt matter if it gets messy).
Then make another layer, make the lineart of it, if you still think you have detail to put in, then make another sketch but try make it more neat, this way maybe you could turn it into a lineart if you wanted.
Thats the way i work sometimes, hope it helps :)

Thanks for the tip Zombie, I'll keep that in mind,I'm trying to get used to using a really light lineart so I can just paint in the rest. Also finally finished the Background I was working on, I really like how it turned out, I'll most likely work on the mech because it seems to blend in too much, and the grass I painted growing out of the mech didn't really work lol...

I think you either needed to do this in color or a different shade of grey to make the mech stand out a bit more from the background, it a glimps you might not be able to see the mech, or maybe thats what you want aye? :P
