Well what is yours? be it traditional remedy or the commercial ones that can be bought....
when training.... gramps wont let me drink any energy drink since he believes its not effective.... so he makes me drink SNAKE JUICE (trust me, i dont know what the hell is it but i could see it was a coiled DEAD snake inside a big jar filled with green liquid).... tasted so horrible but after a few minutes..... i dont tire easily until night.... side effect is that...... my own spitting cobra wont even subside and had to endure it.....

I'm fine with almost any of them. But I prefer Full Throttle.
Honestly though, I drink so much caffine, my body has sort of built up resistance to it. So I drink those things for taste, as they don't really help me stay awake at all.

Some aphrodisiac form of Habushu (google it.) maybe?
mine is plain old irish coffee.

As for energy drinks, don't drink that many but I tend to end up with Monster more than others.

I usually go with Red Bull for overnighters and heavy programming work shifts.
But if it's cheap replenishment I want, I go for Xplode Energy Drink that's sold at the nearest 7-11. I like in particular the orange flavored one.

Well, when I use to drink energy drinks, I preferred Monster brand simply because it looked cooler than the Red Bull. I don't really feel a difference between the brands though.
Nowadays, tea is the way to go. Healthy and no side effects that energy drinks have with the skin rashes (if you drink a lot)
