Well, the crust is made of double stuffed oreos, topped with dark chocolate mousse, butterscotch pudding (this is optional), raspberry jam, ganache, and finally white chocolate, strawberries, and black berries. I should have used raspberries rather than black berries but they were out of season.

It took almost an entire day to put together. The crust was probably the most infuriating part because it kept crumbling. It's mostly a nonbake item.

Eyy it's alright~ I'll make them again :P. Next time in different flavours rather than colours! (If you were referring to the heart cupcakes.) I'll definitely be making those psychedelic rainbow cupcakes again, though.

Oh, another tip for the bakers out there: If you want a super moist result (goes for brownies/cake like items), put it in the freezer for a day and let it thaw.

I must've missed the heart ones, I only saw the rainbow ones. I made some vegan cupcakes a little while back that were quite good. I'm trying to find the photos of took of them. When I do find them, i'll post them too! I'll have to try that trick of the trade with the freezer.

Takoyaki... My favorite food ever. They don't sell it where I live (North Texas), though there is a sushi place near my house that sells it once a year on the restaurant anniversary. I'm trying to convince their rival sushi place down the street to put takoyaki on the menu I would go there every fucking day if they did.



I've tried making it at home, but octopus is very hard to come by here and flipping the balls over in the pan is very difficult.



Though I may get one of these automatic takoyaki pans:
