Fortiguard web filter

Fortiguard has been on my internet for a long while, and I need to get rid of it.
I never asked for it or installed it or anything, but it is still on my internet.
I don't really care about it too much, since I can just use my friends internet usually, but I cannot play league or anything with this damn filter. I live in an apartment, and everyone gets free internet in the building, but my internet is the only one with fortiguard on it, and I want to get rid of it. Can anyone help me?

Have you tried using revo uninstaller?
Just make sure to select the advanced uinstall, and delete remaining registry entries and files it finds.
It looks like it's bundled with some other av software they make though, so perhaps it was included in that? Other than that I've never seen it before.
