Garlic makes stuff taste better. It's almost like salt to me, lol. While I am infatuated with garlic, I absolutely detest salt. Well, unless its garlic salt, then its all good.

Garlic salt is great! I also use that along with regular garlic to cook eggs and breads(don't ask :))

i like garlic, i mostly eat it raw so i can feel it sting, i like everything that spicy (and edible) so that's probably why i like garlic too.

I love powered garlic but not the little pieces it feels wired for me to be eating something smooth and suddenly hear a crunch

I am about to try remaking this Japanese snack that I was given a couple years ago, it was garlic pickled in some manner and had bonito flakes on it, the taste was really good, not too strong as you would expect from garlic, I ate it really sparsely to make it last because it was so good.
Now I am looking for recipes of pickled garlic, I have a couple ones that involve soy sauce, but I am also willing to check other ones, so if you know any recipes please post here. Sadly where I live pickling isn't all that common, so there isn't many recipes for it. I still remember suffering to make cucumber pickles.
