Health and Mana potion?

Pretty soon it seems we may be starting some sort of homemade D&D game because why not? It should be a lot of fun. We've got the basics worked out already, like out basic character bio, the setting, and who will be the dungeon master.
My dad will be the dungeon master and the "Chimera King Bufsixpak Abstrong. The fattest king in history"
I'll be playing as a purple shape shifting slime girl... I will be called "Jelly Kelly the Grape Goo Girl"
Cherry will be a beautiful Succubus. She will be called "Sakura Cirera, Sexy Succubi Sextraordinaire"
Lime will play as a wraith who spreads anguish called "KotaKota the Weeping Whaling Wraith"
Lemon will be undead and is a reaper who summons ghosts. Her name is "Remana, Sour Soul Summoner"
And we must fight to defend our town of monsters who live normal lives in peace, from the humans who believe
So whenever we do this, I'd like to have drinks ready. Red and blue drinks representing our health and current mana. I think it would be cool if I served them in ball bottom science flasks and have everyone take as shot of their drinks to represent how much health or mana they have left, or at least use colored water in the flasks to represent the health/mana they have and have their potions represented by shot glasses with the drinks inside.
So what kind of drinks could I use to represent health and mana? What would make a good red drink and a good blue drink? Maybe I could use red cream soda for Health bit then what about Mana? Is blue cream soda a thing? I know Mountain Dew has the blue Voltage and Code Red, but should I get soda for the drinks or try something like Hawaiian Punch? Gatorade/Powerade? Maybe make my own?
What do you recommend? And also, anyone know a good place I can get some ball bottom flasks?

This girl did something pretty neat, though not sure you'd have the time to do it. Maybe use different colored liquids or kool-aid with vodka?

Thanks for the video.
Koolaid and vodka huh? How simple, yet a very good idea! It's easy to obtain and pretty cost effective! Not sure about using Vodka, but Koolaid would make for some good refreshments for the game. Apparently you can use Koolaid as a dye for eggs and yarn too! I didn't know that! Now allow me to ponder what each flavor could do...
