Basically, the thing is im quite happy with my drawings, and i really want to try color it
how do i color it in the computer?
Should i use Photoshop? or Sai? or any good programs?
And is there any "good" method of coloring in anime-ish drawings?
Just looking for some advice...

Alrighty, first of all, you need to get yourself a tablet. Because no, scanning your drawings and colouring them over on the computer will not look the same as a full digital drawing. It's best to do them 100% digital.
A table itself isn't too expensive. If you get a Bamboo Pen, which is damn nice for it's price, it will enable you to do a lot of cool things. Don't get any tablet cheaper than that, especially if it's by another brand). Chances are it won't be too good.
Now for the drawing software itself. A lot of people like to use photoshop, but I like SAI the most. It has an optimized interface for drawing that is really simple and effective to use. If you do a quick google for images or youtube it, you'll see it's capabilities.
If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.

@Kuro: You don't need a tablet, simply scanning the image, then inking over it would work fine too. But a tablet would be more convenient, however much more expensive.
And yeah, I recommend Sai too. It's interface is really well done, and it's simple to use. But you can still get alot done with it.
Of course, Photoshop is better if you have the money and know what you're doing.

tablets are not needed so kuro is wrong on that part a tablet just gives you the feel of how it is when you do work by hand like pencil, brushes, etc... in fact I still use a mouse and SAI is a better program then photoshop unless your gonna be using the advance tools and some effects.

A tablet doesn't just "give you the feel of how it is when you do work by hand". Working with a tablet is actually quite different from working on paper.
Anyways, the tablet's pressure sensitivity is very useful for using certain tools, and with it you're able to make stuff that you can't with the mouse.
So yea, my suggestion is to get a tablet. If you feel it isn't worth it, then alright.
