how to draw anime?

All the tutorials I've read so far just teach you to draw one thing!
I can see a picture in a manga or still frame in an anime and draw it perfectly but I wanna draw something original.
I wanna draw naked girls and animate fight scenes ^_^
Favorite artist: norio matsumoto
Anyway how can become really proficient at drawing anime?

Well that practice in drawing one thing helps when putting all the different components together. Practicing drawing one thing helps a lot. Now, drawing ANIME, is a whole different story, since drawing to animate takes a while, running at approximately 24 frames per SECOND, which means 24 drawings for ONE SECOND. But I can understand what you're getting at and I'd recommend starting with practicing how to draw the character outline then picking up each feature one by one.
Or you can learn how I did and pull off an Andy Warhol, projecting images and enlarging them

This book was a very helpful book I used it to start me off on anime style a few years ago. Thing is unless youre a talented bastard, you should start off learning how to draw humans before anime stuff. If you go down that route your own style will come out rather than just a carbon copy of someone else's work or some generic ugly ass anime style drawing.
If you wanna jump straight into the anime stuff though, practice the hell out of it. If you wanna animate, youre gonna have to go into composition, anatomy, gesturing and a LOT more.
