its no big deal but im ones of those few that either splits it or she pays because i payed all the bills so...

50/50 all time. 25/75 or any split like that if someone have troubles paying. Treat if the other can't pay or for invitations and special days like birthdays. Mommy can treat me anytime because I'm so used already. Those are my rules.
Broke my own rules one time with a girlfriend, though. She loved the idea of treat me as I was like her little princess. It was sweet in part, but I didn't liked the idea of being a powerless princess, I wanted to pay for my own part! *Pouts*. There were around two months were she was out of cash, so I had to pay the bill... and she felt really bad and embarrassed about it, after that period she understood a bit more how I felt, too. After that period if I asked go 50/50 she accepted, still a bit reluctantly, but compressive anyway. I didn't ask to go 50/50 all the time with her after that, though, I allowed her to treat me when I was in the mood, so everything went more balanced and dandy since then~
With the bill on the center or being given it's easier to go 50/50 as you can see the charge and pay your half immediately, then give the bill to the other (or telling the amount). When the other person is given the bill I have to ask to go 50/50, some people is cool about it and awesome, but others are really reluctant to go 50/50 once they have the bill on their hand, some just don't hand you the bill later or tell you the charge. *Sigh*. I prefer it in the center so nobody force their favorite payment method over the other anyway.
