The US Army is developing something similar for use in combat zones.
Though I doubt that the civilian population actually needs this. I mean, exactly what can you use this for in everyday life? I'd rather spend 70.000 on gym memberships and supplements to make myself stronger instead of buying this, cause honestly I wouldn't know what to do with it other than doing things that would probably involve me in some criminal activities.
Perhaps it would be useful as a highly advanced prosthetic for the disabled, but then again not everyone has the money to buy that thing.
