I have never had a sister, so from my point of view there is really nothing about it that really bothers me. Though I would probably be more worried over the legal ramifications of entering into such a relationship.

Though, I have personally only had strong "physical" interest in 2d girls so... I doubt anything would develop. It is possible for me to enter into relationships, but entering into a physical relationship is something I tend to have a hard time doing, mainly just do to lack of interest.

Due to my personality if I got along with her, she was an otaku, and made the first move then I really wouldn;t be able to say no...

So, I think I would probably enter into a relationship, be completely paranoid about the legal ramifications, probably push her away multiple times out of fear, see her get upset and come back to her do something regretable again.

So, I would probably do something with the sister, but I would have a very chaotic and difficult relationship due to the legal implications. I would then probably use it as motivation to move to japan(and learn japanese) inorder to take advantage of the slack of incest laws, while changing my name to make it hard to tell that we are brother and sister. Probably then just keep everything a secret to the best of our abilies, moving when needed. (I think incest has no legal ramifications there, but marriage is not allowed and it is socially looked down upon)
