Pettanko is a girl with a flat chest. What you are thinking of is Loli, which may or may not be illegal depending on where you live. The reason why you are seeing loli under the pettanko tag is because the loli tag has not been implemented yet.

Phone navigation is a poor excuse; don't be lazy. If you looked for even the slightest of moments instead of creating another loli thread, you would have already seen them as well as have at least posted in the correct section.

Pettanko is illegal in Australia. Soon the UK. Is pettanko with girls under 12(lolicon limit) illegal.... yes and no depending on what country your in and if you in the US what your state deems obscenity. Not all loli is legal or illegal. If your tastes are toddercon or young loli then maybe. Middle school to high school is fine, but i wouldn't get caught with it. It a grey area and your community is the ruling on the miller test. The reason people get mad is because it doesn't take any great effort to find pre-existing threads about this subject. There are several in the Feedback section and several more spread across the site. For future reference, check the threads in the first few pages of Feedback, Suggestions, and Support if you have a question concerning something on the site.

Also, people feel like the subject has been beaten to death, then resurrected, then beaten to death again, and they aren't wrong. It's a simple enough issue - Fakku allows it, and it is allowed. If a person doesn't like it, that person can either not look at it or not use the site.
