Haha, lol, I see. Think only the high school teacher my friends and I play with is going Golgari as well.

Because that man is a boss, casting spells, interacting with a opponent, subscribing to the normal notions of what a magic deck is 'supposed' to do, feh, you showed up to a dredge tournament with a magic deck, now bend over and accept your punishment :)

I need to also look through the Izzet set when it comes out. Hopefully they'll re-relase Mi-Izzet. That and it looks like in one of the artworks, Mi-Izzet is with Jace. Very intrested in what that means.

All the guild leaders are getting new cards, so I hear. Same guy, different effect, I'm guess.
If Jace is in Izzet, well, they were my second choice for the first set. Might switch loyalties, lol.
Except Red-Blue is my worst color combo, just cus the playstyles associated with them feel so opposite to each other for me.

Really want that Izzet vs Golari dual decks. I'm a fan of both and I want that Miz-Izzet.

Me too, but I wanna wait for them to release the decklists of them so I know what I'm paying for.

What I can't wait for, is to see if they print Niv-Mizzet as a Planeswalker or not. Cuz if they do, I'ma going to buy a BUNCH of "Return to Ravnica" boosters. lol.

@Zandorf, known about them, they do weekly legacy tourneys across the us, streaming them as well, they are also just as bad about markup, 2 of the planechase sets were marked up to $30 day of release :(

I want the commander arsenal to be good (btw, they've confirmed they are doing yearly commander sets over premium deck series, this year's offering was thrown together as they didn't have much time), but other than the spindown counter and foil sylvan library, there is nothing really warranting $75 that I see, the foil sleeves are neat and the oversized cards may as well be cardboard ninja stars :/

Also (t-t-triple edit FTW), it feels good paying $60 for volcanic island (mint too), just sayin...

xD thats the reason you play it anyway. For instance blue is probably the best color for control as well as you get great draw cards but not much else and red is just insane aggro with alot of fire breathing, burn spells, and haste cards the mix means youll have a card advantage over any aggro deck, youll have counter cards for when the enemy tries to play some bamf creatures or day of judgement, as well youll have battle field control with burn spells. Early games not a problem with spells since counters are pretty cheap (like 2 for most maybe 3) as well as there is alot of low mana drop red creatures you can do. The bad parts about red blue is your never going to heal your self (might even hurt your self xD) and If you dont get the counter off youll have problems dealing with big creatures since it will take alot of burn to kill them

Lol, I guess I'm just too consevative of a player. I like leaving mana open at end of turns as a control to my liking. Or I play hyper aggresively and commit a lot to the board. Don't have a deck that can effectively do both.

EDIT: Lol I see your personality test dual color combo was Izzet. I got black/red (That was Rakdos, right?)

ya the test was fun i guess it wasnt very good because it was pretty obvious but ya thats rakdos :D. Of course right now ive basically killed my blue and blue red deckss and only have a mono red deck which im going to try and put tibalt the useless in ;n;.

Yeah, Tibalt was a little weak. But I'm thinkin he oughta work in a deck with plenty of flashback, so I was thinkin up one a while ago, never finished it.

And, ROFL, I just noticed, the MikuXLuka pic as your avi also resembles Blue-Red.

I got Simic (G/U)... anything special about the Simics that you know about?

From a gameplay perspective, that color combo is really fun in a ramp deck. Worked so hard that I've actually managed to pull out every single land out onto the field from the deck during a game once.
