Well it certainly looks interesting. I do like the list, and I'd think the that Obliterators are going down in price since New Phyrexia's rotating out. I gotta try it sometime. *saves the link*
Did the prerelease again today, using Selesnya. Had Trostani, Collective Blessing, and Armada Wurm in my pool, and just smashed people anytime I played em. Trostani on most occasions just padded my life total so much. I went undefeated, if you don't count the draw my final opponent and I took.
Afterwards, did some trading for some stuff. I had pulled unrelated shocklands, too, so some of those went away for the stuff I wanted.

Remember me?
I didn't get much at my prerelease. Got a Slaughter Games and some other fun cards, but nothing too expensive.
I'll be building an Azorius deck and a Rakdos deck to play in Standard, and I'll probably trade away cards from the other 3 guilds.

Ok i need help how the fuck can i deal with red/white tokens / american tokens
i was running mono red burn goblins then changed too red blue goblins it kinda worked and just recently switched it back to mono red with a bunch of draw (wild guess/ faithless), infernal plunge and battle hymn to get out krenko faster, and some red deck win cards like vexing and slumbering. havent necesarily tested it enough and kinda sad since i dont have my chieftens but its at least better then the other 2 from what ive seen.
basically though i just need a way to deal with enchantments as red or at least a way to deal with 7 or so 3/3 tokens with vigilance. So far the only thing i can think of is a side boarded mizzuim mortars or merging back into red blue just for cyclonic rift. i havent tested either since rtr hasnt come out and idk why i never proxyed xD
i mean its not terribly an issue since ive only had a couple decks running token/ enchantments but when they did it raped my shit and i pretty much had no answers to it.

Red can't deal with enchantments, other than chaos warp (which isn't in standard), there are literally no outs to enchantments in red, your best option would be to splash green for enchant hate, alternatively, you could just straight race them, bonfire is a blow out against them as most have a tough time recovering from that.
I would say Ratchet bomb but that is about to rotate out.

I have to say, I already miss the Scars block... Being quite recent of a player, I started in Scars. (Actually I started about when Innistrad came out, but I went back to that block since it interested me more.)
I just love Metalcraft, Infect, all that good stuff. Really enjoyed how Infect let me have a deck that could stand up to tournament level decks that I literally only spent about 30 dollars on.

I hate infect with a passion.... Even though I do have an infect deck for myself, I find it just a very faster and cheaper way to win.

They do have the drawback of having fairly vulnerable creatures. The deck I went into the tournament into only had one creature with more than 1 toughness in the mainboard.
This is not to say that they don't have bigger better creatures... My friend's infect deck is a sadistically slow control deck that finishes with stuff like corrupted conscience, phyrexian juggernaut and chained throatseeker.
And I'll admit they are better at racing since they basically deal double damage to players.

Tried the pre-release... lets just say that it was like Zendikar against Mercadia...
I choose Rakdos.

Given I haven't played standard in roughly a year, I won't miss it, the last time I played standard was Zen-Scar playing Knights (it was fun and it curb stomped damn near everything it seemed, except valakut, tended to lose to that.)

Ok so ive done this like 2 times before but figured id do it again so feel free to rate my deck and comment on any contributions i could make :D.
i did some edditing actually as i was posting this so i took out a couple cards and now have only 4's xD
Red goblin:
Also please dont recommend bonfire of the damned the deck dosent have the mana to spend on it nor do i have the money to spend on it xD.
If your wondering this deck started out as the intro pack goblin mob from 2013. Then was improved by adding better goblins and more krenko's etc... Then morphed into UR control/combo goblins (worked pretty well). Then went back to mono red when i realized hybriding isnt really too effective until rtr comes out. Played that for a pretty good amount of time. Recently decided to try Blue Red goblins again but int didnt work out necesarily. And that brings back to where i am right now creating a hybrid red deck wins/ goblins with some psuedo control cards (well thats what i call them anyway (slumbering, tibalt, and arms dealer if your wondering (well arms dealer isnt all that psuedo but still)))
EDIT: put in tibalt and put pithing needle in side board

Less land. If the average mana cost of all your stuff is two, then any more land you draw beyond that doesnt do you as much good.
Delver decks run a really low curve like this, they play only 18 land. I've had a deck with as low a curve and was frequently mana flooded at 20 land.
Also Slumbering Dragon I highly doubt goes into a fast deck.
I'll edit as I look over more closely, but this is my thoughts skimming through it.
Don't like the 4 thunderous wrath since I feel it'd be dead in your hand if it'ss tuck in your hand....Perhaps put a 4th Vexing Devil because i think it's a good burn spell...

Thank you everyone for your advices. I replaced a few cards in my exalted deck and after playing with a few people today, I found that having a few removal can really be effective.
Also, I think someone addressed my spending a lot? Well, I'll just say I haven't spent more than a hundred dollars. My cousin is a professor who makes a buttload of money. I just borrow cards from him and return it whenever I want.
Review anyone? Still 63 Cards though...
4 Sublime Archangel
2 Battlegrace Angel
4 Aven Squire
4 Duty-Bound Dead
2 Knight of Glory
3 Knight of Infamy
2 Tormented Soul
2 Deathbringer Liege
3 Silent Arbiter
2 Vampire Nighthawk
1 Neferox, Overlord of Grixis
2 Nevermore
2 Angelic Benediction
2 Lightning Greaves
4 Vindicate (for those pesky enchantments and lands)
4 Scrubland
2 Cathedral of War
4 Isolated Chapel
7 Plains
7 Swamp
Question here
If I have Underground Sea in the battlefield, will Drowned Catacomb enter the battlefield tapped?

I was the one who said that you're (but apparently borrowing) spending a lot, because Sublime Archangel's about 25 dollars each... And now I see Vindicate, 35 dollars each. The original duals like the Scrubland in your board are worth quite a hefty sum as well. BTW, these numbers are just what I remember from last I checked.
Anyways, you still need to cut three cards. 60 card decks are optimal. Maybe the Neferox, 1 Silent Arbiter, and a Nevermore should come out? Up to you.
And Underground Sea counts as both an Island and Swamp, so Drowned CAtacomb enters untapped. Drowned Catacomb requires you to control at least one of those types as it comes down. It doesn't need to be basic.
Also, you still have more white than black, though you have plenty of color fixing, having 8 duals, it doesn't matter too much, but I'd change the Plains Swamp ratio to 8 and 6, or even 9 and 5.

Holy crap on a cracker! $35 each?! People pay for that?!
Oh my gosh, I'm going to check the prices of all the cards I have now. Now I know why he said "don't lose it".
Hmm... Scrubland looks really old and... ugly.
Is Nefarox that bad? Actually, I've never been able to use him now that I think about it.
Nevermore, now that's another story. I always use it to annoy those people who has 4 copies of the same card in their deck.
I'll try removing 1 Swamp, Nefarox, 1 Vampire Nighthawk and see what happens.

He probably got it back when it wasn't so much, but yeah. That card's worth that much now. It's that good.
And people who play older formats like Legacy will spend a ton of money on cards. The old dual lands are just that good and go for high prices, for one thing.
Nefarox isn't bad, he's just kinda expensive, mana-wise. There are better things you could do with 6 mana.
If you don't wanna cut Nevermore, it's your call, if it's working for you, then there's no reason to change it.
Alright, though Nighthawk's pretty sweet, I'd think that'd be a keeper.

Now that you mention it, he did say he's been collecting Magic ever since they came out. He also has a policy of "Never sell, never trade, just buy"
Yeah, Vampire Nighthawk is really good. I once delayed a Primordial Hydra for a few turns with that card.
Yup, I love Nevermore because I really hate getting Bonfired. It just sucks when I don't get it early and my opponent gets Bonfire quickly.

Bonfire doesn't do as much early game unless they ramp... o_o
Well, then again, exalted is based around smaller creatures, so they wouldn't need to Bonfire for much.
Anyways, I don't think you need to cut nighthawk, because, yeah, it's got a nice set of abilities for only 3 mana.

Maybe? Tekn0x and sakabato still have non-MTG ones. Same with Kicki.
