Less land. If the average mana cost of all your stuff is two, then any more land you draw beyond that doesnt do you as much good.Delver decks run a really low curve like this, they play only 18 land. I've had a deck with as low a curve and was frequently mana flooded at 20 land.
Also Slumbering Dragon I highly doubt goes into a fast deck.
I'll edit as I look over more closely, but this is my thoughts skimming through it.
Don't like the 4 thunderous wrath since I feel it'd be dead in your hand if it'ss tuck in your hand....Perhaps put a 4th Vexing Devil because i think it's a good burn spell...
ya ill prolly end up taking out a couple lands i do get a bit too many lands alot of the time
honestly though i feel like im going to have to go back to blue red once rtr comes out because aggro goblin is like non existant but krenko is just so good you cant not put him in your deck Dx.
For some rational on the cards im running (to show why i thought it was a good idea when i made it):
Slumbering dragon: actually imo is one of the most underated cards in m13. He's like vexing devil in that hes not really a creature just has a chance of becoming one (vexing is more of a burn card with chance to put a creature down). but instead of doing damage he prevents damage. I have bought my self unfair amounts of turns in tournaments where i would have been dead because they knew if they got attacked a 8/8 flyer was coming at them next turn and they didnt have any answers for it. I put him in because i dont plan on winning turn 5 or anything and this helps ensure i get there
Thunderous wrath: I usually end up drawing faithless by like turn 4 so if i did draw it in my opening hand its not to big of a deal since i can just ditch it for another card.
Right now main issue with the deck that even has red in it insta counters it since bonfire of the dammned is everyones favorite card xD.
EDIT: also good luck trying to get me to switch from yuri mikuxluka avi to mtg xD

thing about slumbering dragon is your opponent isn't going to be attacking you much, not if your RDW, They are going to want to spend 5 turns stablizing and defending from your fast threats (which Slumbering isn't ;) ), why attack when you could possibly die on the swing back, I could see slumbering as an anti-aggro card, but that isn't really what your deck wants to do, your RDW, your one cmc card needs to either be a immediate threat and maybe have haste.
Tibalt is bad (seriously Nissa is a better walker), Seriously, drop him for like anything.
Faithless seems merely okay, RDW should have enough redundancy in the deck to not really need a cantrip effect of any kind.

Rakdos Cackler seems like a good one. 1/1 Unleash for RB hybrid, so it can still go in mono red. And it's a one-drop that swings in for two early.

Hm ya im gonna try that i was more thinking about how this is more goblins but it really is trying to be rdw might as well make it that. i think i might add rakdos cackler for one and idk tibalt is pretty good xD i mean hes not insane but he draws attention once he gets to like 4 counters but if im rushign i really dont need him xD.

Card draw is not something RDW needs (most of what red gets is pretty bad), RDW/Burn (there is a difference, I don't care to explain it) maintains card advantage by having 20 spells that all do the same thing and 20 creatures that all do the same thing, meaning 2/3 draws are damage directed at the dome. Can Trips don't really do anything, Tibalt does even less than that.
Goblins really isn't a very good playstyle, you lose chieftan, and you really have to stretch to make Krenko be amazing, and even then, you get blown out by the red overload card.
If there were, more good goblins to support it, then it would be decent, right now there is maybe one, being Krenko.

I'm not really an expert. I am just a noob. So don't trust me that much.
But this is my Goblin Deck. 60 Cards in total. Never have I mulliganed when using this deck. I never block, just spam spam spam creatures while attacking. My main combo (if lucky) would be turn 2 activate lightning bolt then Lackey attack and summon Krenko. Before I got Lackey, I just spam creatures. I never worry about Bonfire if it's early because if I summon Chieftain and/or Adaptive, they all become buffed. Sometimes I remove Surgical Extraction and replace it with Spikeshot Elder or Arsonist. A lot of my games are over at or before turn 4-5. However, if I reach turn 6, now that would be a problem.
Also, I always have Smelt and Torpor Orb, Goblin Warren in my reserve just in case. I sometimes reduce the amount of land too.
21 Mountain
3 Adaptive Automaton (Sometimes I remove other cards and make it 4)
4 Goblin Chieftain (got them for $5 for 4 in Ebay, try to look there)
4 Goblin Wardriver
4 Krenko, Mob Boss
4 Mogg Flunkies
4 Goblin Lackey (Goblin Arsonist if too expensive)
4 Lightning Bolt
4 Goblin Grenade
4 Krenko's Command
4 Surgical Extraction
Concerning avatar, not in the mood to change ^_^

You can get cards cheap on Amazon, too, usually.
And, I still can't see Surgical Extraction as being useful in that deck. At least, not a full set of 4. Like I've said before, if you're worried about a certain spell, play around it, make them waste it somehow.I'd replace it with more burn to make the deck even faster. More reach (direct damage) is really good in case you run out of gas and your opponent is starting to recover
And you might be able to get away with running less land. Maybe 20. Seems risky to get any lower than that.

Well, my turn to post a deck. I've wanted to build a Death's Shadow deck for a while, and this one is inspired by the one gurall linked me too, though I made changes since it was cheaper and more convenient using cards lying around rather than buying the exact list (cus Moxes and Lotuses are expensive, and I don't have a set of Obliterators as a secondary threat, yet.) Ended up adding more creatures and cutting some hand attack so it would have more pressure. Also added more removal since I felt that list was a little lacking.:
4 Vampire Lacerator
4 Death's Shadow
2 Vault Skirge
4 Spellskite

That's the point: The playstyle is called Suicide Black. You intentionally do a lot of damage to yourself to do a lot of damage to your opponent even faster. It's an all-or-nothing strategy. But all this life-loss in getting me card advantage, protecting my creatures, getting my Shadow stronger,or killing my opponent faster, sometimes many of these at the same time.
It's black's thing: doing whatever it takes to win, even if it means trading valuable resources to do it.

My first ever black deck I called a "kill-spell" deck. It was the second deck I ever had, and has since been dismantled cus it was kinda sub-par I started getting better at deckbuilding, but it had exactly what it sounds like: Lots of removal, since I wanted to abuse all kinds of Morbid triggers that my creatures had.

Question,
Empyrial Archangel
http://gatherer.wizards.com/pages/card/details.aspx?name=Empyrial%20Archangel
Redirect damage dealt to me? Does that mean "me" the player but not my creatures?
Now, if that means me, let's say I was targeted by Lightning Bolt, the damage would go to my Empyrial Archangel right? Would LB deal damage to EA even though she has shroud?

In order:
Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes.
Whenever damage would be dealt to, such as a creature attacking you is unblocked, or they bolt you, for example, the damage is instead dealt to Empyrial Archangel. And shroud simply means the it cannot be targeted. It can still take damage.
Lightning Bolt can't usually hit a shrouded creature since it targets. "3 damage to TARGET creature or player". In this case though, it's hitting it 'cus Bolts to your face are redirected to the Angel. It was targeting you, a legal target, so the spell won't fizzle.
Blasphemous Act, for example, can hit a shrouded creature, since it doesn't target.
Those last two lines may be a little unrelated, but it kinda helps futher answer that last question.
EDIT: Anyone do that weekly Sealed Deck Builder on the DailyMTG site?
Me and my friend usually do it and compare decks. It's always the same pool to build around, but we sometimes get much different decks.
Here's the link if anyone cares to try.

Probably because it suits my style in having fun, but for me, my Goblin deck is the one that I really enjoy the most. Win or lose, I always have fun. Not to mention, it's cheap to build.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Thanks for the answer, I got confused with that Empyrial Angel.
I really want to contribute in your Suicide Black deck, but that one isn't just my gameplay. Not to mention, I know very few cards. I know Black is the one with the most risk, but this one is just way to risky for me. But I can see how this deck will combo.
On the other hand, I'm trying to make a reanimator deck. And I'm really having a hard time. I just can't think of any good or overpowered creatures. All Eldrazis can't really be reanimated because of their final effects. But searching for creatures is just a chore. Got any ideas?
1 Jin Gitaxias, Core Augur
1 Inkwell Leviathan
1 Sphinx of the Steel Wind
1 Blazing Archon
1 Iona, Shield of Emeria
2 Painter's servant (I can change this to Empyrial Angel and one more Iona or Inkwell)
_____________
7 Creatures
2 Dark ritual
3 Demonic tutor
4 Reanimate
4 Exhume
2 Animate dead
4 Entomb
_____________
19 Black spells
2 Show and tell
4 Careful Study
4 Mystical tutor
4 Counter spell
4 Brainstorm
_____________
18 Blue Spells
4 Underground Sea
4 Polluted Delta
4 Drowned Catacomb
2 Island
2 Swamp
_____________
16 Lands
I'm thinking of adding or reserving Duress, Thoughtseize and Spell Pierce in case I want to change something. I haven't tried using it yet but I have a little bit of bad feeling about this deck.
If I've learned anything about playing reanimator, it's to prepare for the mirror match. Add some kinds of removal so if your opponent gets a huge creature as well when you cast Exhume, you can keep the game one sided. Also, more Animate Dead, and perhaps less Reanimate? It's a great card, but when you're reanimating huge things like Jin-Gitaxias, you put yourself in a dangerous position.
On that same note, good call with Jin. Yeah, he kinda forces you to discard a lot unless you have one of those things that give you unlimited hand sizes, but that's kind of a good thing in this deck since you want to cheat out stuff from your 'yard.
Also, not quite sure about your blue... The creatures are fine, the spells... Careful Study was a pretty good idea, but there are ways in black to make yourself discard, too.
And man... that guy youre borrowing from has a loaded collection... He has thoughseizes, too?
EDIT: Forgot that the biggest thing you wanted to know about was creatures...
The Legendary Dragon Spirits from Kamigawa are really good ones. My friend's uncle's reanimator deck is a Dragon Reanimator, and he has one of each of those in it's board. That deck usually destroys mine... Though to be fair, mine was the prebuilt Graveborn one, with some minor alterations.
Here they are:
Something I wanna try... running two of each... Legendary rule forces both off the battlefield, and you get to do their effect twice (though, that doesn't accomplish much in the White dragon's case)
Yeah, I've been a bit worried about that Reanimate too. It'll hit me pretty darn hard.
Actually, my aim, as fast as possible is to summon Iona and Painter's servant or Jin.
You think I should keep Painter?
I'm actually also thinking of adding in my reserves Echoing Truth.
My cousin? Yeah, he's been collecting them ever since they came out. He said, before he joins tournaments, but he's busy enjoying his work right now so I just take what I want and return what I don't need in his house. I don't know if he is exaggerating, but he did say he has all cards.
I have 4 Thoughtseize with me right now. I actually feel that they're a bit weak or useless. Two Damage immediately to me just to see my opponent's hand and discard? Duress is good enough even though you can't target creatures. Also, I don't want my opponent discarding any creatures so she won't have a choice to resurrect when I use exhume.
You actually have no idea, lol. Thoughtseize sees tournament play. For one, seeing your opponents hand is HUGE. You get perfect information out of it. Second, you get to get anything nonland out of their hand, unlike Duress, in which it has to be nonland, noncreature. It doesn't sound like much, but it does make a difference. It's why Inquisition of Kozilek is a couple bucks each, too, despite that card being uncommon: It hits any nonland. If you lookup Thoughtseize, it's a rare that costs around 25-35 bucks. Duress is a common you can get at a card shop for about quarter each.
You should never be upset about seeing another player's hand. Now you know what to play around, what you can deal with, or when it's safe to cast a spell you want. And since you get to choose what to discard, if there does happen to be something you can deal with, you can just have them get rid of it.
Also, while the Exhume argument is valid, don't forget you have Reanimate and Animate Dead. These things can grab things out of opponent's graveyards, too.
EDIT: All this being said... Duress is still probably the better of the discard spells you're considering since the Exhume argument still stands. Though, unless you're playing against another person playing reanimator, you shouldn't worry too much about having your opponents exhume creatures of their own because your creatures should always outclass theirs.
The painter, while perfect in tandem with Iona, seems useless otherwise in this deck to me.
Reanimator is more just about casting huge, hard to deal with threats. If you're focusing too much on a single particular one, then you're all in on that one and the deck just falls apart if it goes away somehow.
The part where you see the hand, I like. The part where you get two damage, I don't. I really think that that 2 damage is just too much, mostly because if you happen to only have Reanimate in your hand and you reanimated Jin or something, that would be a whooping 10 damage, add 2 and you end up with 8. Still, I can see your point. It's a ccccccombo breaker!
Which one do you think is better?
Sphinx of the Steel Wind for those pesky red and green aggro
or
Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger for that annoying ability?
