Ah, man, Storm is fun. Comboing out is so satisfying. I now need the physical cards though, since it's difficult to go through the motions on cockatrice.

Miracle decks are control decks at it's heart, so White-Blue is likely your best bet, though one I'm testing on Cockatrice is RWU. With a miracle deck, you want to buy as many draw steps as you possibly can, so you just want to buy time as you attempt to topdeck your miracles. Cards like Feeling of Dread can slow down your opponent well, and it's nice to have counterspells like Dissipate handy. Also, you'll want a higher land count if your more focused on miracles since you'll need to be able to hardcast them at a later time. Also, you'd want to throw in a bunch of cheap cantrip spells so you can go for miracles both on your opponents turn AND your own draw step. Miracles can still be cast for their miracle cost on another person's turn so long as it was the first card you've drawn that turn.
I'd suggest starting at White-Blue, since this keeps the deck more pure, able to fit in more control elements, and make mana fixing much easier.
I just have one problem with White/Blue. How exactly do I win? Just Entreat of Angels? Isn't that a bit dangerous for me? (I really hate standard)
Right now I'm thinking of Vexing Devils, Bonfires, Thunderous Wrath and Reforge the Soul for Red. Also, Temporal Mastery for blue. Problem is I haven't seen nor played with anyone using Red/Blue. Mono Red burn, I'm worried I won't have enough juice to burn my opponent completely.
I don't imagine you'll be going to tournaments, but still, Standard right now has pretty fast, aggresive decks. You NEED to slow them down somehow. And all those miracles are dead in your hand if you can't cast them later. That's why Miracle decks have control shells, since they go long anyways. And White-Blue has plenty of control to help you get there.
If you do want to incorporate red in it, I'd think you'd actually be using your burn defensively. So in that case, Vexing Devil would probably be out.

This looks like a copy paste of Alexander Hayne's deck from Pro Tour AVR, minus the Wilds (which enabled Hayne to thin out his deck, since he had so much land, which I think you really want still.)
A deck with a REALLY questionable looking sideboard.
As much as I liked his deck, there was plenty I'd think to change. First, even though it is a mana intensive deck, 27 I thought pushed it too far. He also sideboarded out Devastation Tide almost all the time since he knew bouncing all of his opponents stuff allows them to rebuy their ETB abilities.
And as gurall mentioned, you're living off the top of your deck.
First two things that come to mind are Azorius Charm and Hallowed Fountain. More mana fixing is always nice, and that charm is nice to slow down your opponent with the ability to remove an attacker and blank their next draw. The charm is also another cantrip, and, if you make it that far, can net you tons of life with the lifelink after dropping a big Entreat.
Also, remove the Cathedral Sanctifier and Angel's Mercy. They literally do nothing at all.
EDIT: One more thing, this was a Block-Constructed deck. It only had cards from the Innistrad block. In Standard, you have more to choose from.

I'm currently building my Red/Blue deck standard right now.
I just have a question,
Can I use Redirect on any of my opponent's spell?

Red/Blue... Interesting. Post the decklist once it's ready, haven't seen many Standard Izzet decks.
To answer your question, as long as it targets, you can Redirect it.

Oh, it's the Burn deck you were mentioning...
Thalia, Guardian of Thraben ruins you. You won't get much out of your Bonfire only running 22 lands. You only have control in the form of Izzet Charm and Searing Spear to slow down creatures. Remember that you need to be able to cast miracles late-game, or they literally do nothing for your when they become stuck in your hand for whbatever reason. Vexing Devil is something your opponent will probably pay for every time, because you have so few creatures it wouldnt matter.
You also don't have any cantrips to try to activate miracles on your opponent's turn.
Also, you went overboard on the mana fixing again, you don't need that much in 2-color. The fact that the Guildgate will not come in untapped under any circumstance isn't helpful.
Your blue isn't as heavy as the red, as well, so you need to re-adjust the basic manabase. You have more red, so you need more Mountains. You already have blue from your dual lands, you don't need much more Islands.
EDIT: Btw, you thought that you;d run out of gas too easily in Monored. Monored is actually strong enough, if you build it right. The deck I go to Standard tournaments with is monored.

I'm having a bit of difficulty about those draw cards.
What are some good and cheap standard cantrips?
I'm also thinking of adding Talrand and add cheap instans and sorceries. By that, I will remove all expensive spells.

Talrand I guess isn't a bad addition, but he's really a card to use in control decks.
Thought Scour's a great one. One mana, mill 2, draw a card, and usually I'd target myself with that since there's Snapcaster Mage and other flashback spells that essentially make your graveyard an extension of your hand. Also, I played gurall one day and he used it often after Azorius Charm-ing one of my creatures, then milling them away so I'd run out of gas faster.
Think Twice is another great one, since it literally is just a cantrip. Its only effect: Draw a card. It has flashback, too, so you can try again at a later time.
Also, one of the modes of Azorius Charm is "Draw a card". The other abilities usually are more relevant, but having options is always sweet.

Really liking the U/W Flash deck (not gonna lie, unless it's legacy, I really don't bother with building/tuning decks, just lazy like that :p), playing it against blink and having 4 cards in hand, each with an avenue to answer a creature is pretty solid, which is funny, cause normally standard is kinda samey and boring to me.
also, capsize in limited is gay, like ultra gay, was playing U/B/w draw-go control against a friend of mine (his cube), he scooped, grabbed the cards, pulled out capsize, ripped in half, and threw it behind the counter at the waffle house. No joke, g1 I had 12 mana and was capsize-buyback twice, and was getting more thanks to thawing glaciers
It was great.

That looks like a pretty solid one. I'd play it, if I could afford Snapcasters.
Rofl damnnn. Bounce a permanent for 1UU, buy it back with 3... I guess you basically just bounce-wrathed his board.
EDIT: Another question about Storm that came up... What is the interaction between a Storm spell and an active Pyromancer's Ascension? Do I just get one additional copy from the Ascension, or does the ascension's copy storm as well? I think it's just another copy, my friend thinks Pyromancer copy storms too, neither of us has confirmation.

Been a while. Been busy doing a lot of stuff, but I always have time for some MtG.
As of right now I do enjoy the Detain effect from the Azorious. The only thing is that they have creatures that don't really do much damage within the RtR. But, I did find a way around that due to the fact that exalted came back to Standard from M13. Here's my Standard version of my Blue/White Detain Splash Exalted Deck :
Creatures [23] :
3x Lyev Skyknight
2x New Prahv Guildmage
3x Azorius Arrester
3x Faerie Impostor
4x Champion of the Parish
2x Isperia, Supreme Judge
3x Knight of Glory
3x Guardians of Akrasa
Spells [13] :
3x Inaction Injunction
2x Righteous Authority
3x Azorius Charm
2x Martial Law
3x Syncopate
Lands [24] :
4x Glacial Fortress
3x Azorius Guildgate
7x Island
7x Plains
3x Cathedral of War
Note that this deck is on a budget right now and I do not have the money to buy Geist of Saint Traft, Detention Sphere or the Shock Lands, but so far it can be a very scary, very fast, especially with exalted, due to the fact that I only usually attack with only one creature at a time.
Other than that I do plan to buy some cards from Modern to add to this deck and keep the exalted Blue/White in this.
What do you guys think?

It looks pretty to me, but I'm not really sure how powerful it'd be in modern due to the power level of the decks in modern (Jund is very high impact, Infect wins very quickly, White-Blue control can slow games to a halt).
If you had more enchantments, Sphere of Safety sounds like a nice one to halt your opponent.
Also, Exalted is risky since, as I've told kicki, your opponent can easily just take away combat steps from you.

Nothing like a good reset button. Worldfire is even funnier, it's a sudden death button.I wish I could put it in a commander deck, but apparently it's banned.

Yea, Worldfire be banned (it WAS the cornerstone of one decks...). Oh well, I still got Obliterate, lol.

Kinda tired of seeing people running the same decks over and over again in Standard. Thragtusks, Geist of Saint Trafts and Rancors are everywhere, it's annoying. Wish that I could actually go against someone that isn't running a lot of the popular cards for Standard these days.
Rancor is way too good for something that's a one drop and can't be destroyed besides exiling it, and you can run Thragtusks in any deck.
Sorry about raging, but it's kinda ridiculous. I would think at least people would run something different besides these cards. Too many losses in Cockatrice makes me angry that even though I can almost win those types of decks, they still face roll me.
Anywho, enough raging, came up with a better way to use my detain deck, and does well in most cases besides a lot of the other control decks that are running in Standard. Rolling Exalted on the side for those control decks as well as keeping those Knight of Glory for that Pro Black.
