Wow, Basilisk Collar works even if the damage is not from attack?
I would love to use that but it isn't standard.

Yes.
Deathtouch means that any damage it would deal (not limited to combat damage) would destroy a creature.
Same concept for lifelink, any damage (not limited to combat damage) would cause it's controller to gain life equal to the amount of damage it dealt.

I'm currently on the process of remodeling my BlueRed deck.
Right now it is
4 Guttersnipe
4 Goblin Electromancer
4 Thought Scour
4 Think Twice
2 Reverberate
2 Searing Spear
2 Mizzium Mortars
4 Bonfire of the Damned
4 Thunderous Wrath
4 Temporal Mastery
4 Evolving Wilds
4 Steam Vents
4 Sulfur Falls
7 Island
7 Mountain
The ones in bold are the ones I'm still not sure of. I really like those draw cards. A little damage to slow opponents down and Mizzium Mortars can hurt if I can overload it. You guys think it's worth it?
I removed my Vexing Devils and Redirect mostly because as much as Vexing Devil is awesome early game, I find it very useless in late game. Redirect, on the other hand, sometimes just stays in my hand without me ever using it.
I actually would also love to add Tamiyo but I just can't find any space for her now.

You don't have much at all trying to slow down your opponent. When those miracles are in your hand, they're useless to you unless you can get to the late game to try to hardcast them, but that means you actually need a means to get to the late game. Is the only way you're trying to win burning them out with those Miracles? 'Cus that doesn't seem efficient at all.

Over the past weekend, SCG (star city games, they are an online store with a traveling Standard/Legacy tournament series), held a legacy tournament in Las Vegas, the quarter finals match, between Joe Losset (On UW/r Miracles) and Lauren Nolen (on Esper Stoneblade), lasted close to two hours, the last hour was made up of game 3.
I actually forgot why I was showing you guys this, but yeah, if you ever want to know how to play Miracles, watch this video.

Watching it right now. I'm about 22 minutes in. Legacy's a new world for me, sometime's I don't get the lines of play. Like, I'm wondering why Joe's letting a sac land sit there so long; I know there's Stifle to worry about, but he doesn't even crack it when his opponent's tapped out. Then again, there's probably something he's considering I'm not at all aware about.
EDIT: Damn... 63 minute round. And that was impressive play.
EDIT2: And now I think I'm seeing a Storm deck in another table. Very excited.

I can explain that
1) Keep a fetch open for brainstorm
2) In case the opponent attempts to jace-lock them out of the game with his +2 ability
3) Fetch to reset the top 3 for top.

...That makes sense now that you mention it. The top isn't strictly a repeatable Ponder since if the top 3 aren't of use, you can't shuffle, Brainstorming with fetchlands is a really good thing, and yeah, that Jace-lock I've only seen once before in a cube draft.

Question about Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas' first ability.
Let's say all top 5 cards of my library are artifacts, can I reveal all 5 of them and draw them?

It says "an artifact card" implying only one. You're revealing it to prove it's an artifact. So, you can only get one card out of this deal. Still a powerful ability in an artifact deck, really gets me good card advantage in my artifact based EDH deck.

Ahh, dang it...
Guess I'm not adding him to my artifact deck then.
I would have loved to activate his final ability in my artifact deck.

Oh believe me, unless it's that mega fast affinty-looking deck you had, it's absurdly powerful. I know he basically lets me draw 2 cards each turn for me, and getting that -4 off with the right board is just insane.
If it is that affinity deck, yeah, he's a 4-drop, too expensive.
EDIT: I remember hearing Shouta Yasooka building a deck with Tezzeret... I need to go look that up, He always has some out-of-the-box deck that's extremely good. I'm curious to see what it's all about. Love his deckbuilding.

I know... That's actually one of the reasons why I am hesitating to use him. He is a little expensive in my affinity artifact deck.
Also, I wouldn't call my affinity deck mega fast.

Ah, yup, affinity isn't where he's meant to be, I don't think. Most cards in the deck can be dropped turn two at latest.
And it's still way faster than many other decks. You could start games with at least 4 permanents on turn one pretty consistently with that kind of deck.
EDIT:
SO I wanted to make some kind of deck with Nivmagus Elemental and Quirion Dryad in Standard. They're interesting cards, and seem like they can be abused easily enough. I built the deck, it's not particularly consistent, but it can get pretty strong, though I can tell there are plenty of ways to halt this deck. In any case, what I came up with. It's a little painful all the phyrexian mana spells are gone, I should add...
I might just cut Nivmagus for a better threat, but at least, for now, I wanted to just see if I could make a kind of all-in strategy in Standard just fueling these Dryads and Elementals. Also the Delver is basically Plan B. Efficient threat number 9-12.

Nice deck and an interesting one too. Just add something that destroys enchantments or something in your sideboard. I don't know about other places but Oblivion Ring and Detention Sphere are really popular cards in my place. I'm not that confident with just Mizzium Skin.
~~~
I just tried my artifact deck and oh boy it actually works. Apparently, I can win with it.
1st turn Lotus Petal, Seat of Synod, Mox Opal, Memnite, Phyrexian Walker, Frogmite, tap 2 Steel Overseer. Yey dump the whole hand.
Mizzium Skin is there just because I absolutely need a way to protect my dudes. It's basically the Apostle's Blessing standard doesn't have anymore. And it's working for me. Since it's an all-in deck, so once my one to two creatures die, I can't really come back. But it can kill quickly with the right opening hand, in theory anyways. I've only tested against monored so far.
O-Ring and Sphere have white. I would need to splash for them. If I really needed it, Cyclonic Rift will get that job done well enough.
EDIT: You put Cranial Plating in that deck? That's where you get a ton of power. WIth that hand, you literally only put 3 power on the table, though that being said, having the Overseer grows your army, though slower. Cranial wouldve given that hand +7/+0 to the equppied creature. 6 if you cracked the Petal.
No, I don't have Cranial in the deck. But I do have it in my sideboard with Etched Champion.
I really want to try Mycosynth Golem and Blightsteel Colossus first. Afterwards, I guess I'll try adding Cranial Plating in the deck.
One of the things that I noticed with my deck is that for some reason, I can always get a ton of mana.
Well, you need to power out as many threats as you can, so yeah, you'll want to accelerate you mana.
I still think Cranial would turn out better, because if they remove one of those two big guys, you just lost a lot of your muscle (there are still plenty of ways to take out Blightsteel even though he's indestructible). Cranial can simply be reattached to a different creature for 1 mana. And Blightsteel's just dead in your hand if you don't have the golem out.
I'm really thinking about Cranial, because right now, the one that I really want to add in my deck is thougtcast. I can usually play my entire hand in the first or second turn. I always have an empty hand. I need a way to get cards in my hand which is thoughtcast.
Still, Cranial Plating looks very good. Especially if I can put it into Master of Ethrium. I just prefer Overseer because it buffs even those 0 attack creatures. It usually makes my opponents sweat with that many creatures. Well, unless they are planning to boardwipe me which is not happening till turn 4 or 5 except for miracles.
Thoughtcast is a must-have in the deck for exactly that reason. You need to draw into more gas to keep the pressure up. Plus, in that deck, 99% of the time only costs {U}.
Cranial I'd want four-of, Overseer, not really. I'm not sure my version even uses him. He is really helpful, but also slows you down a bit.
EDIT: I'll take this comment back, this guy can save your creatures too. I'm still not sure how often I'd like to draw him, but he is great for the deck.
Haha, clearly you've never heard of Pyroclasm. That kills a lot of creatures in this kind of deck.
