Yeah, that's why I'm thinking of what to remove. It will definitely be a land or fabricate.
Whoa, yup, never seen that card before. Still, it deals 2 damage only. That's the reason why I have a lot of 0 cost mana producing artifacts. So they can't be hit by low cost burn cards. Also, if I can buff my creatures even once, they'd survive that, except of course Memnite.

You don't need Fabricate in that deck. I think that was the first thing I noticed when I saw your list for the first time. At 3 mana, it's much to slow for only ONE card. Thoughtcast gives you two for only 1 mana.
Don't underestimate that 2. It will kill your overseer, too. He doesn't have haste; all your stuff's still vulnerable until he can actually do what he does.

This kind of deck has enough redundancy that it doesn't matter. You just want as many threats to kill your opponent with as possible, it doesn't matter too much which one. Plus, you may want to dig for spells, which is also what makes Thoughtcast better. Maybe you need to Galvanic Blast or Dispatch something.

Ok, I'll guess I'll try removing Fabricate and use Thoughtcast.
By the way, I heard my friends say no one uses Dragon decks because they are just too expensive and slow when I commented at how good their artworks are. So I decided to make a casual Dragon deck for the hell of it.
Right now it looks like this
3 Archwing Dragon
3 Balefire Dragon
3 Utavra Hellkite
4 Arbor Elf
4 Dragonspeaker Shaman
4 Elvish Piper
2 Fertile Ground
4 Rampant Growth
4 Utopia Sprawl
4 Lightning Greaves
2 Mox Diamond
5 Mountain
6 Forest
4 Taiga
4 Rootbound Crag
4 Wooded Foothills

Dragons are quite fun in casual at least. Yeah, people don't usually play em competitively just cus, yeah, they're expensive and fragile to all the good removal.
But, again, they're fun. And besides, sometimes you can go so big so fast you don't care what you're opponents are trying to do. For example, in my casual one, I just slammed in a bunch of the red "rituals", (spells that increase the amount of mana you have).
I'd say a ramp shell helps it the most since you're reliant on your top end. My friend's casual (well, in the case of this friend, casual is all he plays) "Big Stuff" deck as he calls it has basically mana accelerants of many kinds for his early game, and just his favorite big creatures he's ever pulled from boosters as his beaters: Common Eldrazi, Large Dragons, etc, then after that, protective enchantments like Asceticism. No removal since he's just going as big as he can as fast as he can.
EDIT: I think you might want a little more to do in the early turns, just in case you run into aggro guys.

I'd use both, lol. Having all your creatures have hexproof and regen is nice once you're all set up, but hasting one of your big guys makes the clock really short on you opponent.
It really depends on the situation. In yours I'd probably use the Greaves just cus most dragons have flying, and hitting them with hasty evasion can be huge.
And for early stuff, maybe just more mana ramp of sorts: Rampant Growth, Birds of Paradise and such.
Maybe just low-cost efficient defensive creatures of some sorts... the first to come to mind in red is Wall of Fire.
In my Defender/Wurm Ramp deck, I use Axebane Guardian and Overgrown Battlement to both beef up the ground while at the same time accelerating my mana. Though, since you're using dragons, you may want red stuff instead. Not sure, red isn't well-known for having walls.

Yup, I have Rampant Growth. I was actually thinking about that Birds. It's just if I can enchant my forest, the Elves are better.
Hahahahaha, I just found a new card to add in my Artifact deck. Tolarian Academy. I didn't know there was a card like that

Oh my god, Tolarian Academy is so broken. Banned in almost all formats. I think it's even restricted in Vintage, a format where every card except the ante cards (cards used when betting other cards) are legal, just some of the uberly powerful cards are restricted, meaning you can only run one copy in your deck.
Forgot how some of them went, but with some silly tricks with the Academy, it can enable turn-one wins.

Ahh... Really? Ok, guess I'll only put one of it or none at all
Yeah, really.
If your friends don't mind, then go ahead and use it, but my friends and I follow ban lists even when playing casually since some cards can be so powerful it doesn't make the game fun anymore. Either that, or we just set up strict rules for the banned cards. Like with Emrakul, banned in Commander, our rule is that you have to hardcast him, you can't cheat him into play.

Yup, tried TA today. I was able to hardcast Blinkmoth colossus?
I asked my friends and they said I can use one. I also have to redraw if I get it in my opening hand.

ROFL hardcast Collossus off of one land. Told ya it was broken. There's actually a whole cycle of those, but that one's the most powerful, since I think it's the easiest to go crazy with.
Ahh, so that's the condition your friends made. I dunno, our playgroup would't let you use it, lol.

I don't think I'd still use it. To be honest, in my deck, aside from Colossus, I really have no use for it. Like I have waaaay to much mana. Well, useless mana, it may be overpowered, but not without my colossus which I only have 3.

The fact of the matter is, you can HARDCAST A BLIGHTSTEEL off that one land very early. Even then, you can now cast any spell in that deck without any worry whatsoever almost. Still can get more broken than that, too.

Now back to my dragon deck. I want to sideboard some destroy enchantment/artifact cards. What's the best one out there aside from Naturalize?
Also, what are some good cards like Elvish Piper that allows me to play a creature from hand aside from Show and Tell? I don't like my friends playing Omniscience for free and it's blue.
Are there any green/red draw cards?

It's a casual deck. It doesn't need a sideboard. My friends will just pull out their entire collection to find the answer cards. In fact, there's the "wish" cycle, cards let let you search up cards from OUTSIDE the game, meaning you can get any card you want from your collection. In a tournament, though, you can only search up your sideboard.
But back on the topic, Ancient Grudge is one of the best artifact hate cards because it can be used twice. Smelt is pretty good too, being only 1 mana, but it doesn't have flashback.
Also, if you don't care about your opponents life total, Nature's Claim would be waaaaay better than naturalize.
Maelstrom Pulse is a good catach-all. Kills most things. Uh, oops. This is a black card.
EDIT: Beast Within is awesome removal, since you should be able to deal with the beast if you target one of your opponent's things, but also can turn any of your own permanents into a surprise beast.
Sneak attack is a nice way to cheat out creatures. Sure, it's only for a turn, but by that time, I'd think you would have killed them, or severely crippled them already. Maybe also Through the Breach, a more fair version of it.
Green or red card draw off the top of my head: Elvish Visionary, Harmonize, Rummaging Goblin, Faithless Looting (Really good one), Wild Guess, Dangerous Wager.... So on...

Interesting, guess I'll use Harmonize as a draw card or probably just go with Sensei's Divining Top.
Nature's Claim is a bit bad sometimes, so I'll just juggle between Naturalize and that.
I don't like Ancient Grudge, it can't target enchantments. I really hate Oblivion Ring.

Good ol' Top. Literally can go in pretty much any deck. Wonder what the exact reason it was banned in Modern, but I'm sure this is a big reason.
Well, the ability to hit two artifacts with one card is pretty good. There are some very problem artifacts around. You seem a little too focused on enchantments, there are more problem artifacts than enchantments, I'd think, though wanting to hit O-Ring is fair.
Ah, forgot about Seal of Primordium. It's basically a Naturalize that stays in play, which is nice, in case they lock you out somehow, like with Decree of Silence or Counterbalance or Iona or something. There aren't as many things that take care of activated abilities.
