Haha, congratz man.
When I participated in Game Day, I couldn't get there, but when a friend does, you can only feel proud.
Except I'm less proud because he often wins it, lololol.
Still, Goblins gets there. I would've imagined it would've been eaten up by control, but I guess there wasn't that much control where you were at, or it's fast enough to smash control.
Your sideboard is indeed awkward, though. There are better options.

I had a post here, but I decided to simply erase the contents of it, it was largely irrelevant anyhow.

Remember my murder deck I was posting about a while back? Of course you don't...[/h]
Anyway I finally got it put together a month ago or 2 ago, and so far its undefeated. Except by this one burn deck. But that doesn't count.[/h]
My friends hate this deck.
Here's the decklist and strategy for those interested.

Battalion by itself isn't that great by itself since it is slow to get it started, and by then Control Decks can either Terminus, Supreme Verdict, Bonfire, or Blasphemous Act the creatures you control, and Boros has to start from Square One.
Faster decks like RDW, Gruul, and Rakdos decks ensure that they can kill most of your creatures before a Battalion trigger goes off or win by aggro'ing faster.
But then again, this is coming from a guy that is doing so poorly with his Human Boros deck himself, since everyone that I found play a lot of American Midrange, Esper, Jund, and Bant, which always have answers to aggro.
Aurelia in general is good though, if you can keep her alive or keep her from getting countered to use her ability.
In other news, I think I found out that I'm more of a Control player rather than a Aggro player due to me losing constantly with my Boros deck. Just can't compete against any of the decks that are running at the new shop that I go to. Just waiting on the cards to complete my Grixis Control Deck, and maybe I won't go 0-4 every time now. :\

It's hard to do, but it isn't always the kind of card that, once it hits play, the game just ends on the spot. Thankfully, she's one of the smallest six-drops I've ever seen, a 3/4 for six mana if you were to take away her (albeit crazily good) ability. A Mizzium Mortars shoots her down in one shot.
But if we're playing a game of Limited, yeah... Boros is probably among the best guilds to have, and there are few cards that beat Aurelia in Limited.

I'm not a big fan of Demon's Horn, or that cycle in general. I'd rather how more proactive cards. But, you're monoblack, and you have that Demon (which I'd imagine you'd ALWAYS pay the alternate cost for), so I can see it's role in this deck.
Still seems funny. I like a theme about just killing everything. My first black deck was similar to this (except it was more revolved around the Zendikar creatures that had bonuses if an opponent had 10 or less life).
This being said, you only have targeted removal... I guess you've never played against the hexproof auras deck. I'm sure that one would bug you. Sacrifice effects would still work, however.
There's also plenty of creature-light/creatureless decks, making all of your removal dead draws. Storm for example, sometimes won't ever cast its one creature some games.
Also, you ever consider adding mass removal? Not only would a Damnation or something similar fit with the theme of the deck, it addresses the issue about untargetable creatures, since boardwipes don't target.
This said, your creatures are important to you, since you are a kind of beatdown deck, so it's up to you.

I doubt that the problem is with your deck. It's probably with the meta.
Everyone believed aggro would become much stronger with the coming of Gatecrash (which it did), but there was enough to give control a chance against aggro, that these decks went all-out in just trying to stop aggro, forcing in as much lifegain and tempo spells in their decks as they could. This is why control/midrange mirrors last so long these days... Matches are either frighteningly quick, or ridiculously long.
I'll admit, my deck of choice now is a RUG midrange deck, but it, in fact, does not have strong answers to aggro. This is because where I play, it's still mostly control (though some have types of hyper-aggresive decks which are tough for me to beat). But I plan to turn my RDW into the Red-Green Saito list which seems exciting, too.

You could play Barter in Blood, the budget Damnation, as it were. Or, perhaps, Mutilate, which would be awesome in your deck since it's MonoB.
Also, I just remembered the creature Blood Artist, which I think would be amazing in your deck. You drain life out of your opponent every time something dies (even on your side), and since your goal is killing everything in sight...

I don't know why, but it's actually funny that no one in my place has played Aurelia successfully. Either she gets countered (usually by Spell Rupture) or she gets Feeling of Dread or Downpour, Terminus or whatever.

Been spending a long while on this deck, RUG control. It started as a Simic deck I made 'cus I was bored, and just wanted a deck that was both competitive and had the fun cards I wanted to play (like Zegana), and I realized if I splashed red, it'd seem very strong, and give the deck better sideboard options.
EDIT: By now, though, the red probably isn't just a splash anymore.
It turned out that it is quite strong, seems to have a pretty good matchup against other midrange or control decks, but I found that it's extremely weak to aggro, so I've been trying to refine it to shore up that weakness without softening it to other decks.
This is the latest version of the deck, which hasn't been tested much yet:

My second FNM went a bit better. 2-2. Not too bad, considering that I was playing RDW, even though I didn't really want to run it due to the fact that I really don't like the play-style of RDW.

What don't you like about it? Too simple? Too repetitive? I know one reason I don't like running aggro all the time is because the plan is the same every game. At least with slower decks, you have wider decision trees, which can send the game in more directions.

I feel the exact same way about it. Just too single-minded. Of course, you also have to think smart of what to play on the board, especially if you don't want to run out of a hand quick nor get face-planted by a board-wipe, but other than that, it's just way too straight-forward to me.
*EDIT*
Also just got in some Ultra Pro and KMC sleeves in the mail. I really like the KMC sleeves though over the Ultra Pros due to the quality feel to them.

Yeah, need to be careful not to over-extend.
And I don't like Ultra Pros. Corners bend quite easily, and the sleeves themselves are flimsy. They've torn apart on me, as I'm sleeving them.
Why I often use Player's Choice sleeves.
Those are nice anime sleeves, too. I finally got some for myself last week because the shop got some sweet SAO ones.

To me as of right now in Standard, I'd say turn 4 consistently if you play your cards right.
I also got my sleeves from this site :
http://zakkafe.storenvy.com/collections/120401-tcg-supply
She also has an Ebay account, which before this website, was the place to buy TCG sleeves from her. Unfortunately, she sold out on the Kirino sleeves, but there are plenty of sleeves on both her Ebay account and her Storenvy account.

The sleeves fit Magic perfectly? And are they tought? Usually, I use Fantasy Flight Sleeves

At latest, turn 6.
But I don't think that's a criteria you should be using when describing what an aggro deck is. An aggro deck is focused on using creatures to get the opponent from twenty to zero as quickly as possible.
The new combo deck I play can kill turn 2, but it's not aggro.
