Innistrad was a good block to come back into playing MtG again. I think I said it here before, but I started playing in '04-'05 with Ravnica : City of Guilds set. After that, I dropped playing MtG. Started back up when Mirrodin was rotating out, and Innistrad was in.
Gawd, I'm going to miss this block. I really hope they re-print a lot of the Tap Lands (e.g. Isolated Chapel, Hinterland Harbor, Clifftop Retreat, etc.) from Innistrad into a Core Set or Theros block. I don't want to part with those Tap Lands just yet, especially since RtR block will still be around for a bit with the Shock Lands.
Also going to miss the flicker abilities that Innistrad came out with, as well as Snapcaster Mage, Sigarda, Resto Angel, Fiend Hunter, Zealous Conscript, Olivia, Liliana of the Veil, Tragic Slip, Pillar of Flame, and most of all, Champion of the Parish. White Weenie, I will miss thee.

Innistrad was where it all started for me. I got in the game just as Innistrad was released (though, the first set I played with was Scars, which I miss dearly). Rofl, I'm such a young player.
Yeah, the mana in this Standard format seems amazing. All ten shocks, all ten checks.
Oh, definitely, Innistrad block had some great stuff. I, personally, loved the theme of it. This horror setting with Zombies, Werewolves, and Vampires... It was awesome. I do hope Liliana and Restoration Angel go down in price after they're out of Standard, though. I want those (already have some Snapcasters). Probably what I'm going to miss playing with in Standard is Bloodline Keeper. After playing with it once, I loved it.

Slivers vs Slivers in draft will be hilarious I hope they reprint Plague Sliver. That's way, you can still win if the other guy gets more Slivers out than you.

So I finally got my box in that I pre-ordered. Got the Promo Render Silent, as well as pulling a Ral, a Voice, a Foil Maze End, as well as a few other cards. Very content on what I pulled out from my box.

I'd think you'd want more haste and burn. Aurelia's Fury, I don't think is good in your deck, might as well play more Spears. Assemble, Obedience, and the Spotlight, I feel should be sideboard.
But I actually love the idea of Thatcher revolt as a means to trigger battalion. I completely forgot about that card, and now, I wonder why no one uses it in a humans deck, it seems quite good.

In any case, pretty sweet that you pulled the money cards. You get any shocks, too? Pretty sweet that Dragon's Maze will always have a nonbasic land instead of a basic, so you always have a chance of one with each pack.

There's a Standard Deck that's running about right now that uses Maze's End. Uses all 10 gates, Gatecreep Vine, Resto, The Gatekeeper that gains you 7 life and the one that let's you draw, Supreme Verdict, Urban Evolution, and a few other cards. It's actually pretty good.
Pulled a Godless Shrine to complete my playset of that. Now I just feel like either building Bant because of Plasm Capture, Voice, and a few other cards or Esper using AEtherling, Far // Away, and maybe Render Silent.

I can't imagine it'd use more than just one of each gate, though. I'm sure the deck can be made good, but I doubt it'd be high tier. Regardless, it'll still be fun. On a perhaps related note, that sounds kind of like a Travis Woo deck, rofl.
Ahh, man, Plasm Capture seems like such a silly card. Mana Drain was ridiculous... Now they made it better, rofl. Well, if you disregard that it's double the mana to cast.
Aetherling is still one of my favorite cards out of Dragon's Maze.
I'm actually not as impressed by Voice as its price might suggest. I did indeed think it was a good card, but not at all worth that kind of money.
Still don't really like Render Silent compared to the other good cancels in the format right now.

If you are allowed to counter something with Plasm Capture, on average you are going to net 4-5 free mana. That's a free Thragtusk, almost a free Zegana, a much bigger Sphinx's Revelation, or an Angel of Serenity. I find it going to be real good game changer, especially for Bant.

I'd be skeptical of plasmid capture until i saw it actually do those things, four mana counter spells are ruff, they need to be... well cryptic command good, just never ever a dead draw.

It's a Mana Drain, that card was insane. Obviously, one would need to counter the right stuff with it (which is why I'd only consider using one or two in a deck), but when you do, you can go to town.

Usually Bant, among other decks that share the same UG colors for Plasm Capture, have 4-5 mana on turn 3 because of Farseek and mana dorks, so the cost for Plasm Capture is very reasonable for what it can do.

Been a long while since I've drafted at FNM. Made an amazing Boros-splash-red deck that I made top 8 with. Had three Wojek Halberdiers and two Skynight Legionaires (I honestly have no idea how that could've happened), and those monored unleash guys. I drafted no playable rares (only a Deathrite Shaman simply because it'd be worth it).
Unfortunately, the mana of my deck was very troublesome; I could tell during deck construction. My splash ruined my deck. It would've been perfect if I was able to be strictly Boros, but I simply didn't have enough to complete the deck. I was lucky that my mana worked most games. My deck was hard to stop when it worked right. Utterly fizzled when it didn't.
Fun and productive night. My prize packs had a shockland and some dollar rares I used to get other dollar rares from casual players. And that Deathrite Shaman I drafted became an Overgrown Tomb and some commons for Weiss Schwarz.

Well, Innistrad and M13 will still be in while M14 is around, I think... It's not until the next block officially starts that those will be gone (*sadface*).
Regardless, I'm going to miss Innistrad so much. I love a lot of cards in there. I still haven't built a Standard Miracles deck, something I've itched to do for a long while, too.
And, indeed, I do play Weiss Schwarz, too. Picked it up shortly before dropping Cardfight Vanguard.

Placed Top 4 last FNM. Ran my American Midrange that I've improved on since Dragon's Maze came out, and I'm glad that I placed Top 4 this time around since the prizes were Japanese boosters instead of English or Italian ones. Pulled a few good Rares from them too.

Lol, the favorite cards from DGM of me and my friends. Aetherling (mine), Obzedat's Aid, Reap Intellect, and Savageborn Hydra.
American midrange, eh? That's sweet. I'm curious about your list, if you don't mind showing me. I'm being really indecisive about the Standard deck I want to run for Standard right now; maybe I can get some inspiration from you.
I'm currently trying out BUG midrange control, and I'm also considering 4-color-no-red Lifegain or just Junk (GWB) Lifegain.
EDIT: AWWW YEAH! I'm catching the tail end of Pro Tour Dragon's Maze (not actively following it, but might as well since I had nothing else to do today), and I saw an awesome Maze's End deck. I'm loving it, I've wanted to build that, and didn't think it can beat a tier deck the way I saw.
