I have recently started doing meditations about a month ago (yes my life is that boring to consider that recent) while I have had experiences with it is observation this is not what this thread is for I am curious to know if anyone else here has ever meditated and if they have had any experiences they would like to share.

Back when I used to do martial art, I found it very calming to meditate before and after practice. Since meditation gives you peace and calmness to the mind it will help you focus and relax after hard physical work or just after a tired day.

I've tried it before but I either
A) cannot get into a zen state of mind and sit there mindlessly trying to get calm
B) get so into the zone I fall asleep lol
I think it's great for people who can pull it off as well as enjoy it, but I prefer to be stimulated with cardio of some kind with a cool down afterwards.

I meditated to recover some of the earliest memories I have. It works pretty good :) It also helps to contemplate on the daily events.

I meditated to relax when I was doing boxing and yoga on alternative days. Works just fine.
Recently I enter states of meditation, while giving a massage. It's almost the same as the flow, but your mind is completely empty and your hands do all the things by themselves (this doesn't sound wrong at all).
tl;dr: great experience, would totally recommend anyone. It will make your life better, no matter what you do.

I tried meditation once. But i start getting pretty paranoid if i don't keep my brain occupied with something, so it's a no can do for me.

My version of meditating is just standing in the library balcony and mulling over stuff that I can't wrap my head around. Sure it isn't like the usual method of meditating but I find that it works. After mulling over a problem for a few seconds I somehow stumble upon the answer.
Sitting meditation is almost impossible for me seeing as how I start dozing off way too easily

I believe that meditation is good for your soul and mind. But it required a lot of patience, concentration and will. I always get too impatient to want to keep meditating, but I heard it should be a thing which everyone should do at least for 15 min a day >
