It's not a disease, but some sort of genetic disorder that my mom and my grandmother had that got passed down to me. There is nothing wrong with my body that threatens my life, but doctors don't have any cure or treatment for me. My only option is to build stamina like my mom did, and if my case is the same as her's I should be okay by mid 20's.

I look at certain people to see how I want to get in shape..im trying to be more lean than lookk like a bodybuilder or one of those guys that works out but never trains their legs

Exercising helps me relieve stress and gain some more confidence in my self-image, so while it may be boring in the long run, it's still worth it. It's also necessary because of my sedentary lifestyle.
Also, I get motivated by seeing well-toned people, especially women (I won't lie that it was reading Teppu that made me work out harder, and no I'm not a chauvinist, I actually respect women who do well in 'masculine' activities a lot, male supremacy be damned).

I have app that count callores and it show you how many cal ypu burn i past 7 days so thats nice becouse you can see progres. when i work out i watch star trek or somehing that give dystraction to my maind and becouse of that i can workout more. overall you peopel must remamber that working out is good for you penis and maind
