Well, I'm doing this so I can get critics so I know how to get better :3
I mostly draw dogs and such. I can't really draw humans that well ):

Your animal characters are cute, and expressive, but that first cat is either really huge or it's carrying Barbie's panties.

Thanks, I never realized that the panties were so small.. And the dog is supposed to be really small too.. I failed, again. :(

I think it would benefit you to do some studies of real dogs/puppies. Doing so will enhance your understanding of how they are put together, and make your own stylization of them look better :).

I love your use of color

For proportions, study some anatomy- and start your drawings from the inside and work outwards (rough skeletons, some loose musculature, and then the rest).

And for human/humanoid characters, starting with the head gives you a good reference point to size the res of the body. The average person is about 7-7 1/2 heads tall.

Some other proportions:

-Arms stretched out, the distance from fingertip to fingertip is pretty damned close to the height of a person.
-The distance between your wrist and your elbow should be about the size of your foot.
-Arms at rest against your sides, your elbows mark where your ribcage ends and your wrists should be at the same level as your crotch.
-Each part of your leg is about the same as your torso, which is about two heads apiece.

My personal suggestions:

Your art is quite chibi/cartoony and the soft shading seems out of place. Again it's all personal preference but perhaps try using harder brushes.

Your outlines seem a little plain. Perhaps try trialing a wider variable radius to get clearer stokes going or perhaps adding some color to the outlines so they don't seem so out of place.

Its a pretty nice image, although I think you can improve upon the profile of her shoulder a bit more, it doesn't have to be wider or too angular, but just think about the intersection of deltoids, Trapezius, and clavicles. As it stands, the constructions feel a bit loose, but I think it works pretty well in general.
