I'm sorry but any show where they whore out something to the fans like that just annoys me. And yes I've tried it, most of my friends love it, I just don't find it interesting. At all.

I honestly didn't like how they introduced Derpy/Ditzy Doo(guess they finally went with the fan name). They went full retard with Derpy, you never go full retard with a character.

Well, turns out the voice actress for Derpy thought she was a he, that really explains the whole voice. I found it very old.

Oh, and I've been a fan of this during half of season 1. Makes sense that it's so good sin it's by the wife of the guy that made The Powerpuff Girls, Dexter, and Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends, and all those were great shows and she was a writer. That's what convinced me to give it a try, and it certainly wasn't the little girls show I thought it would be.

Flim Flam Brothers were pretty cool. I found the song a bit trippy because the first few lyrics aren't actually sung but it was in rhythm with the music. It was a very smooth segway. Also, LOL I DIDN'T LEARN ANYTHING was hilarious.

RainbowDash reading was quite humorous as well. Her faces were awesome. I'm really liking the Doctor's VA and I hope he comes back.

As for Derpy, I was a bit off about her official appearance but she's a very nice background addition to the show. They've got a lot of types of ponies that's for sure.

I'll be honest and say I did not like the Read em and Weep, so many things happening in that episode that I had a problem with, but overall it just felt like a 80s-90s forcefed "reading is good" episode.

I'm not sure where it gets good, but I couldn't make it through the first episode =S

I'm glad we finally have PinkiePie singing this episode; I've missed her doing that. However, she was being a real pain this episode. I thought this might be the episode where I could appreciate her a little more but I'm still neutral.

I didn't like her this episode. The point was to stop pestering people and give them some space, but this was still during one day's time, I mean at least give it a day. This wasn't really a good episode imo, could've been better if it didn't feel so rushed. Also the mule could've had something a little bit more tragic happened instead of something so conveniently setup. I mean I was imagining it to be a book with the oldman's collection of times spent with his deceased wife. This was pretty much an inferior shortened storytelling of Pixar's "Up."

Yeah, I didn't like the latest episode either... not even the Smile song. I just thought it was annoying.

I did find the felt animation part cute though. Probably the only thing I liked a lot in the episode.
