I cannot say go any team. Kings knocked the Blues out of the playoffs two years in a row before this year, Rangers are in New York and never like any team from there, Canadiens are the Yankees of hockey so I don't want to see them win again, and well already been established I just hate Chicago.
If I had to choose one team then I will just go with Rangers cause The King is an amazing goalie and would like to see him win a Cup, though should just try to get traded to St. Louis since Miller didn't work out....

All I have right now is "thank you LA Kings for beating the evil power of Chicago." Now go lose to the Rangers and let me see a sexy Swedish guy lift the Cup and everything will be good.

Strong game on both sides, but the kings dominated the play for the most part 3rd period on. The goal in OT was a terrible mistake by Girardi, but was a good game overall. Rangers need to skate more cause you cannot expect to hit players on the Kings and expect to wear them down. They had a game against San Jose where there was over 100+ hits. So Rangers really need to use their speed a bit more to push Kings back in game 2.

That was a fun series. Lots of action, lots of overtime, and a lot of depressed Rangers.
Though in all seriousness it was an entertaining series to watch. Ending it all with a double overtime goal was perfect. Glad Williams got the MVP for the Kings. Well deserved. I'm not a big fan of a couple of the Kings players (and I swear their coach is the reincarnation of the Grinch) but they did deserve to win it.
Now to never watch Cable TV again until next season.

Uh not sure what you are looking at, but Leafs are 6th in division and outside looking in on playoffs right now. Rangers are in one of wild cards at least.
My Blues are in a good position so I am happy.

Honestly I believe they deserved worse, but they opened up the season pretty well.

I'm serious! He's so fat, that his gravity is what slows down the New Jersey Devils from going at optimal skating speed!

Haha the thing is though he's never in New Jersey anyways. Too busy in other states like Texas to attend Dallas games.
On topic though, at least we won two of our three games. Also, can't believe the Isles are at the top of the conference. Crazy.

So month away from playoffs and I am excited since my Blues are looking good overall.
So some questions:
Who do you think is the best player this year?
Who do you feel has been the best team?
Best underdog teams?
Biggest disappointment?
I think the first question is the hardest. Cause so many players have played so well this year. If this is based on offensive production then hands down I would be picking Ovechkin with 44 goals that lead the league and 69 pts overall for 2nd. Now overall player is harder to pick, and really 1 hasn't wowed me for a good part of the season to not pick Ovi.
Best team I want to say the Blues since there have been long stretches for wins multiple times this season. Right now Islanders have the most wins, but Nashville and Anaheim have more points.
Best underdog team is Nashville mainly cause they are in such a tough division even though they had a good goalie and were picked to be looking up, but all season they are looking behind them.
Biggest disappointment to me is another easy and sadly you need to look at Toronto. It has just been utterly dysfunctional up there and they just are so bad now and really trying to trade 2 guys who just started long term contracts in Kessel and Phanauf.

Honestly, as a Sharks fan, I haven't got a clue what they're going to do in the off-season. After shitting all over themselves in last year's playoffs, now they're probably going to miss the playoffs entirely for the first time in a decade. The fans in Winnipeg summed it up a few weeks ago when they hosted the Sharks by chanting "WHOSE YOUR CAPTAIN?"

Well I couldn't say San Jose cause problems with leadership. I felt like San Jose was going to take a bigger step back this year mainly cause how strong their division was getting. Toronto is just a team that people figured would be something better and it just got so bad there. San Jose was disappointing I just felt that Toronto was willing two trade their top 2 players on the team mainly to get rid of them makes them most disappointing.
