So miraculously I passed the building thing but I tried to go back to an old game(cosmic break) but it doesn't look like my version allow it. It now spams with open gl errors and when I poked around, I found it uses version 1.2 - an option in the opengl viewer but I have no idea how to switch to get to that open gl. Some forums I looked to says to uninstall the drivers but is that advisable?

Installing and uninstalling the drivers won't hurt, a lot of people does this to get better Image quality and performance using modded drivers
(but usually at the expense of stability and more image quality rather than performance boost)
