My last thread was lost when the server went down so I'll recreate it. I'm an amateur photographer shooting mostly street, still life and the occasional landscape.
For those interested I shoot on the Pentax system with a K-7 and mainly shoot with the FA 50mm f/1.4 and use a K100D as my fireworks and Astro camera.
Here's a sample of my work with a mix of everything:
The rest can be found on my Flickr.

Can I tell you something?
I love your photographs. Their really good, especially the way you focus em.

I'm interested in your lens collection. Do you only use f/1.4 and fixed lenses? The majority of my lens collection is made of primes: Pentax 35mm f/2.8 Macro Limited, Pentax FA 50mm f/1.4, Tamron Adaptall-2 90mm f/2.5 & Sigma EX 10-20mm f/4-5.6
Funny enough my need for primes stemmed from the fact my camera wasn't very good in low light, turns out it was a good thing.
Currently learning to shoot with the 35mm as I needed something wider.

Wow you have some awesome skills. I'm very shaky with a camera. Those firework images are just spectacular.

Mainly with lots of experimenting with my strobes and eyeballing where they will roughly cast their light.
Also thread update with some newish stuff that I've been up to: This time involving Mazda RX8/7s going around a track really fast.

Thanks a bunch for the comments everyone. Hopefully I'll have some more time to bring you more figure photos but for now a little something from yesterday when I went to scope out a local skatepark with a friend.

Update! Got me a new camera and rocking Nikon now. Also photographed a local band playing.
The D7000's high ISO performance is INSANE to say the least.
My smexy new camera:

Forgot my safe word
I like your use of black and white film in some of your photos, you got the lighting just right. You also make the figurines almost come alive. Very well done!

Yey we have the same Nikon now lol :D Yep, very satisfied to say the least. I'm trying to get some figures as well, including Saber Lily Distant Avalon~ Just got back to this and the lighting still amazes me even now.

Here's some newish stuff. I went to a Kickboxing fight night was pretty rad but I'm starting to find the limitations of the Tamron 70-200.
It's a big set so I'll post a couple of samplers, you can find the rest here.
Enjoy!
