FFM and threesome are the only terms that fit in my personal opinion. Tribadism is more of a clit to clit grinding action that is more predominant with two girls trying to get off, can happen in this sort of situation, but not the main focus. Dogpile typically involves a group of people, more then three and are usually trying to crush one another in a towering sort of effect. Bisexual doesn't really imply this will happen, but it can given their open nature. The other terms can work, but no real coined name though, just a thing that can happen when threesomes go down.
